英漢物指空間指示詞語法化的認(rèn)識研究

  空間指示現(xiàn)象(spatial deixis)在人類語言與外部現(xiàn)實(shí)世界相結(jié)合的過程中起著尤為重要的作用。在大多數(shù)語言里,空間指示通過各種各樣的隱喻現(xiàn)象延伸到其他領(lǐng)域,被視為隱喻的根本出發(fā)點(diǎn)。作為空間指示現(xiàn)象中最基本的詞匯,指示詞反復(fù)出現(xiàn)在言語交際和各種書面文體中,一直是國內(nèi)外語言學(xué)家的研究對象。指示詞可分為指示和非指示兩種用法,可用來指示物體、空間、時(shí)間、方式、程度等。本文旨在運(yùn)用認(rèn)知語言學(xué)中的語法化理論從共時(shí)的角度對英漢物指空間指示詞(以下簡稱物指指示間)this、that、和這(zhe)、那(na)進(jìn)行具體研究,并試圖運(yùn)用概念隱喻以及概念轉(zhuǎn)喻理論分析英漢指示詞語法化過程的認(rèn)知機(jī)制。 首先,本文分別從語用和句法的角度對英漢物指指示詞this、that和這(zhe)、那(na)的語法化做了具體研究。從語用角度考慮,物指指示詞的用法可分基本用法和延伸用法。其中,基本用法包括語外用法及語內(nèi)用法。語內(nèi)用法可分為回指用法、篇章指示用法和識別用法。語外用法是最根本的用法,其他用法都是由語外用法延伸而來。從句法角度考慮,英漢物指指示詞可以出現(xiàn)的句法環(huán)境有很多相似之處,他們都可以做指示代詞和指示限定詞...
