禮貌原則視角下跨文化交際語(yǔ)用失誤及其對(duì)策研究

禮貌作為一種社會(huì)現(xiàn)象存在于所有社會(huì)中,成為各種語(yǔ)言使用者為避免交際沖突而采用的一種得體手段,是所有社會(huì)成員都應(yīng)遵守的行為準(zhǔn)則。因此禮貌作為人類文明的標(biāo)志,是語(yǔ)言學(xué)的一個(gè)重要研究領(lǐng)域,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在這一領(lǐng)域取得了不少杰出研究成果。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了Grice的合作原則、Leech的禮貌原則、Brown和Levinson的面子理論、毛履鳴教授以及顧曰國(guó)教授的中國(guó)禮貌研究。這些理論研究在指導(dǎo)人們?nèi)绾瓮ㄟ^禮貌策略實(shí)現(xiàn)成功交際方面,做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)?缥幕浑H者的最終目的是溝通成功,然而交際成功與否,在很大程度上取決于說話者的禮貌表達(dá)方式是否得體。盡管禮貌具有社會(huì)普遍性,但也具有文化特性。由于文化的差異性,人們對(duì)禮貌內(nèi)涵的解讀也不盡相同。在跨文化交際中,人們往往會(huì)依據(jù)由其自身文化所決定的禮貌準(zhǔn)則,來判斷對(duì)方的言行是否得體,因此誤解或交際失敗的產(chǎn)生在所難免。語(yǔ)言學(xué)家將這種交際失敗稱之為語(yǔ)用失誤。語(yǔ)用失誤相對(duì)于語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤而言,更加不被本族語(yǔ)使用者所容忍,也更容易導(dǎo)致交際雙方的關(guān)系惡化。因此對(duì)于跨文化交際者而言,深入了解不同文化中的禮貌內(nèi)涵和表現(xiàn)形式是完全必要的。本文在禮貌原則視角下對(duì)跨文化交際中的禮貌語(yǔ)用失誤...
