國(guó)際商務(wù)談判中模糊語(yǔ)語(yǔ)用研究

  自從L.A. Zadeh提出“模糊集”這一理論后,模糊概念被廣泛應(yīng)用到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,其中也包括語(yǔ)言學(xué)。自此,語(yǔ)言學(xué)研究者們對(duì)模糊語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行了大量的系統(tǒng)的描述性研究,但是對(duì)模糊語(yǔ)的解釋性研究卻很少。商務(wù)英語(yǔ)對(duì)于從事國(guó)際商務(wù)的人員具有特殊意義。在整個(gè)交易過(guò)程中,面對(duì)面的商務(wù)談判是絕對(duì)重要的環(huán)節(jié)。人們普遍認(rèn)為為避免誤解和爭(zhēng)議,談判中所使用的語(yǔ)言要簡(jiǎn)潔明確,具體清晰。事實(shí)也表明在談判過(guò)程中,語(yǔ)言上小小的失誤將可能導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)上的重大損失。因此對(duì)商務(wù)談判中模糊語(yǔ)言的系統(tǒng)研究也一直是被忽視的領(lǐng)域。然而,在國(guó)際商務(wù)談判中,模糊語(yǔ)言的使用確是非常普遍的現(xiàn)象。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖運(yùn)用順應(yīng)理論及合作原則,以商務(wù)談判英語(yǔ)中模糊語(yǔ)的故意使用為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)的解釋研究。第一章介紹了研究背景,理由,提出研究要解決的問(wèn)題以及論文的整體框架。第二章文獻(xiàn)綜述部分。重點(diǎn)闡述了前人對(duì)模糊語(yǔ)言以及談判的研究成果。第三章重點(diǎn)闡述了順應(yīng)理論,以及合作原則兩個(gè)語(yǔ)言學(xué)理論。第四章在順應(yīng)理論及合作原則的指導(dǎo)下,從語(yǔ)用學(xué)角度對(duì)模糊語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行分析和解釋,探討了商務(wù)談判中在何種語(yǔ)境下使用模糊語(yǔ)言,模糊語(yǔ)言如何順應(yīng)談判者的心里動(dòng)機(jī),并進(jìn)一...
