“異化”自其誕生之日起,就引來了眾多的爭議與討論。作為翻譯,尤其是跨文化翻譯中極為重要的策略,它的內(nèi)涵是非常豐富的。本文正是要探尋“異化”豐富的內(nèi)涵,并著重研究其在跨文化翻譯中的使用范圍和優(yōu)化方法。正如其它任何策略一樣,“異化”也并不是完美的,它有其自身的局限性,因而會有“使用范圍”一說。本文正是要在第三章探尋“異化”的“使用范圍”。一系列的檢測及證明將會見證對其“使用范圍”的界定。本章結論是：一方面,“異化”并不適用于所有的文化表達；另一方面,對于那些可以使用“異化”翻譯的文化表達,就其“內(nèi)容”層面而言,我們應該盡可能地使用“異化”并從“歸化”那里尋求必要的幫助；而對于其“形式”層面,就目前而言,我們依然主要依靠“歸化”,當然,必要時也要適當使用“異化”。但總的來講,在這個“全球化”的時代,隨著各國間“文化共同點”的增多,“異化”將在跨文化翻譯中扮演越來越重要的角色。但是,在很多情況下,如果我們用簡單的未經(jīng)加工的“異化”處理一個文化表達時,很可能會得出一個不完善的翻譯。在這些情況下,我們可以借助一些優(yōu)化方法來使異化策略更有“能量”、更好地發(fā)揮作用,無疑,這對跨文化翻譯來說是大有裨益的...
