突降的語言特點(diǎn)及其語用功能分析

  本文以語用學(xué)中的合作原則為研究框架,研究突降這一常見修辭格。本文擬解決的問題是:1.突降的語言特點(diǎn)是什么?2.突降的語用生成機(jī)制是什么?3.突降是否已經(jīng)成為一種語用策略,進(jìn)而發(fā)展成一種敘述模式?4.我們能否將一些社會(huì)修辭行為等同于突降?這是否反映了修辭已經(jīng)不再停留于寫作表達(dá)層面上,而是成為一種思維模式,進(jìn)一步滲透進(jìn)了社會(huì)修辭心理?突降的語言特點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)于它的結(jié)構(gòu)以及分類。突降的結(jié)構(gòu)可分為單降、連續(xù)降、對(duì)照降以及多角度降。突降主要有以下三種:1.說話人或作者將一些重大事情與某樁無足輕重的事情牽扯在一起敘述,以求達(dá)到幽默或諷刺的效果。2.說話人或作者將某事物描繪得天花亂墜或無比重大,然后仿佛說話沒有分寸一般,用無足輕重的東西作比或?qū)o足輕重的東西牽扯在一起。3.說話人或作者敘述事情時(shí),逆轉(zhuǎn)讀者想象而產(chǎn)生滑稽效果。突降其實(shí)產(chǎn)生于對(duì)日常語言使用的偏離,這樣的偏離勢必產(chǎn)生超常搭配,超常搭配必然違反語用學(xué)的相關(guān)規(guī)則,導(dǎo)致會(huì)話含義的產(chǎn)生,正是這種會(huì)話含義產(chǎn)生了其修辭效果。突降并不僅僅存在于句子層面,也存在于語篇層面,即它作為一種語用策略被應(yīng)用于文學(xué)寫作的信息安排中,故業(yè)已成為一種敘述模式。與隱喻一樣...
