【摘要】：中醫(yī)是我國傳統(tǒng)文化的瑰寶,中醫(yī)古籍?dāng)?shù)目眾多,在這些古籍中包含不少醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語,它們也是語言學(xué)中的重要組成部分。由于醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)性和特殊性,醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語的語言學(xué)研究更加具有研究價(jià)值�！度该苑健烦蓵诒彼螘r(shí)期,屬于這浩瀚醫(yī)學(xué)書籍中的一員。為便于大眾百姓理解,雖書中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語頗多,但用語一般通俗易懂。本次的研究即嘗試以該語料為基礎(chǔ),以書中醫(yī)學(xué)名詞作為研究對象,通過對醫(yī)學(xué)名詞體系、構(gòu)詞法、命名理據(jù)幾方面的研究探討,總結(jié)出這一時(shí)期醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語的構(gòu)詞特點(diǎn)及部分術(shù)語命名理據(jù)。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì),《全生指迷方》中醫(yī)學(xué)名詞共計(jì)440個(gè)。首先,以是否具有病理性特征作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對其進(jìn)行醫(yī)學(xué)意義上的名詞歸類,構(gòu)建醫(yī)學(xué)名詞體系;其次,對名詞復(fù)音詞進(jìn)行構(gòu)詞法分析,總結(jié)其規(guī)律;最后,對部分病名進(jìn)行命名理據(jù)的探討。構(gòu)詞法的分析主要從詞義和詞性兩方面展開,對命名的探求將從病因病狀特征與詞義相結(jié)合的方式展開。論文主要由以下幾部分構(gòu)成:第一章緒論:闡述了《全生指迷方》醫(yī)學(xué)名詞的研究目的和任務(wù),簡要介紹了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀,對作者王貺及《全生指迷方》的內(nèi)容、版本等進(jìn)行了簡單描述。第二章《全生指迷方》醫(yī)學(xué)名詞體系研究:主要包括醫(yī)學(xué)名詞的分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),窮盡式的篩選出《全生指迷方》中440個(gè)醫(yī)學(xué)名詞,并進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)、歸類,對每個(gè)名詞作簡單的闡釋。第三章《全生指迷方》醫(yī)學(xué)名詞構(gòu)詞法研究:該部分中筆者嘗試從詞義及詞性兩方面,對《全》所涉及到的404個(gè)醫(yī)學(xué)復(fù)音名詞進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的描寫,探討了醫(yī)學(xué)名詞構(gòu)詞法的一些特點(diǎn)。單純詞主要從語音的角度描述;復(fù)合詞主要從詞義和詞性兩方面描述。第四章病名名詞命名探求:先對命名理據(jù)進(jìn)行定義,對研究方法進(jìn)行簡單說明。其次從疾病癥狀和特點(diǎn)對部分病名進(jìn)行命名探求。第五章結(jié)語:總結(jié)《全生指迷方》醫(yī)學(xué)名詞構(gòu)詞法的特點(diǎn),論述了本課題研究的意義,指出了本文的不足。
[Abstract]:Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the treasure of traditional Chinese culture. There are many ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). There are many medical terms in these ancient books, and they are also an important part of linguistics. Because of the specialty and particularity in the field of medical terminology, the linguistic study of medical terminology is more valuable. The book of General finger fans was written in the Northern Song Dynasty and belongs to one of the vast medical books. In order to facilitate the understanding of the general public, although there are many medical terms in the book, the terms are generally easy to understand. This research attempts to take the corpus as the basis, takes the book traditional Chinese medicine noun as the research object, through the medical noun system, the word formation method, the naming motivation several aspects of the research discussion, summarizes the medical term formation characteristic and the partial term naming motivation in this period. According to statistics, there are 440 nouns in traditional Chinese medicine. First of all, based on the pathological characteristics, the medical noun system is classified and the medical noun system is constructed. secondly, the word formation method of noun polyphonic words is analyzed and its laws are summarized. Finally, the naming motivation of some diseased names is discussed. The analysis of word formation is mainly carried out from two aspects: word meaning and part of speech, and the exploration of naming will be carried out by combining etiological and pathological features with word meaning. The thesis is mainly composed of the following parts: the first chapter is the introduction: the research purpose and task of "whole finger fan prescription" are expounded, the research status of related fields is briefly introduced, and the content and version of "whole life finger fan prescription" are briefly described. The second chapter is the study of the medical noun system of the whole finger fan prescription: it mainly includes the classification standard of the medical noun, selects out 440 medical nouns in the whole life finger fan recipe, and carries on the statistics, the classification, and makes the simple explanation to each noun. Chapter three: in this part, the author attempts to describe 404 medical polyphonic nouns in detail from the aspects of word meaning and part of speech, and discusses some characteristics of medical noun word formation. Simple words are mainly described from the point of view of pronunciation, and compound words are mainly described from two aspects: word meaning and part of speech. The fourth chapter is to explore the nomenclature of disease names: first, the motivation of naming is defined and the research methods are briefly explained. Secondly, some disease names are named and explored from the symptoms and characteristics of the disease. The fifth chapter concludes: this paper summarizes the characteristics of medical noun formation, discusses the significance of this study, and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
