創(chuàng)意菜名構(gòu)造理?yè)?jù)研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the catering industry has become popular with the name of a new dish, which formally subverts the traditional concept of the naming of dishes, humorous language, and refreshing. This article takes this kind of creative menu name as the research object, collects and analyzes 283 traditional menu name and the creative dish name separately, carries on the analysis to these corpus from the semantic, the structure, the rhetoric three aspects, summarizes the creative dish name's unique feature. And combining with cultural linguistics to analyze the cultural characteristics of the name of creative dishes; From the perspectives of sociolinguistics and consumer psychology, the rationality of the naming of creative dishes is considered in order to promote the healthy and standardized use and development of the names of creative dishes in the catering market. This paper first lists the semantic motivation of the traditional menu name, and then analyzes the semantic meaning of the creative menu name, and probes into the naming motivation of the creative menu name from the perspective of the merchants and consumers. Secondly, according to the structure of the traditional menu name and the creative menu name, the author compares them in grammar and analyzes the structural characteristics of the creative menu name. In the analysis of rhetorical motivation, ten rhetorical devices, such as metaphor, analogy, imitation, quotation and so on, used in the name of creative dishes are summarized, and the application and effect of each rhetorical device in the naming of dishes are expounded. From the perspective of social and cultural psychology, this paper analyzes the consumers' pursuit of creativity and unique cultural psychology, and explores the social and cultural characteristics reflected in the name of creative dishes. At last, the author points out the phenomenon of creative excess in the name of creative dishes, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem of creativity.
