【摘要】：文章討論指示詞“爾”在現(xiàn)代方言里的地理分布及其在漢語(yǔ)史文獻(xiàn)中的淵源。現(xiàn)代方言中用“爾”作指示詞的包括吳、徽、湘、贛、閩等南方方言,其讀音大多為自成音節(jié)的鼻音[n/η],或者是[ni/ηi]等以高元音為韻母的鼻音聲母字,其音韻地位可以跟日母支韻字“爾”相對(duì)應(yīng)。語(yǔ)法功能上,“爾”在現(xiàn)代方言中指近、指遠(yuǎn)皆有,一般作基本指示詞(相當(dāng)于“這”“那”),少數(shù)方言可用作方式、性狀指示詞(相當(dāng)于“這樣、那樣”)。從歷史來(lái)源上看,指示詞“爾”(“爾馨、爾許”)是常見(jiàn)于《世說(shuō)新語(yǔ)》和南方佛經(jīng)譯著等江東地區(qū)文獻(xiàn)的南朝江東方言詞,相關(guān)的指示詞還有“如許、如馨、寧馨”等。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the geographical distribution of the demonstrative word "er" in modern dialects and its origin in the literature of Chinese history. In modern dialects, "er" includes southern dialects such as Wu, Huizhou, Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian, and so on. Most of the pronunciations are nasal sounds of their own syllables [n / 畏], or ni/ 畏 I and other high vowels and other nasophonic initials with vowel vowels as vowels. Its phonological status can correspond to the rhyme word "er" in the Japanese vowel. In grammatical function, "er" refers to near and far in modern dialects, and is generally used as a basic indicator (equivalent to "this" and "that"), a few dialects can be used as a way, and a few dialects can be used as a way (equivalent to "this, that is, that"). From the historical point of view, the deictic word "er" ("er Xin, er Xu") is a southern Chaojiang oriental word commonly found in Jiangdong documents, such as Shi Shuo Xin Yu (Shi Shuo Xin Yu) and the translated works of Southern Buddhist Sutra, and other related deixis, such as "such as Xin, Ning Xin", and so on.
