【摘要】：圖示與穩(wěn)健統(tǒng)計(jì)方法在應(yīng)用語言學(xué)研究中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。忽視這些方法會(huì)喪失許多重要的發(fā)現(xiàn)。本文介紹箱圖、核密度圖、LOWESS平滑線、穩(wěn)健方差分析和協(xié)方差分析方法。以真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)為例闡述圖示方法如何揭示數(shù)據(jù)模式,穩(wěn)健統(tǒng)計(jì)方法如何回答研究問題。本文建議應(yīng)用語言學(xué)研究者重視統(tǒng)計(jì)假設(shè),統(tǒng)計(jì)方法的選擇以圖形診斷為依據(jù),學(xué)會(huì)使用穩(wěn)健統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,提高統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)論的效度。
[Abstract]:Graphic representation and robust statistical methods play an increasingly important role in applied linguistics. Ignoring these methods can lead to the loss of many important discoveries. In this paper, the box diagram, kernel density chart, LOWESS smooth line, robust ANOVA and covariance analysis are introduced. Taking real data as an example, this paper illustrates how the graphic method reveals the data pattern, and how the robust statistical method answers the research questions. This paper suggests that researchers in applied linguistics should attach importance to statistical hypothesis, select statistical methods based on graphic diagnosis, and learn to use robust statistical methods to improve the validity of statistical conclusions.
