【摘要】：民族語言關(guān)系著民族雜居區(qū)的語言和諧、民族和諧以及語言文化的多樣性保持,對于當(dāng)前民族雜居區(qū)面臨瀕危的民族語言,必須采取各種措施來促進民族語言的傳承保護。由于民族語言的文化性和工具性特征,對于民族語言的傳承保護需要文化性保護和功能性傳承并行,兩者缺一不可。要達成這一目標(biāo),需要在傳承保護中統(tǒng)一民族語言觀、深化民族語言研究、合理導(dǎo)向語言政策、重視民族文化旅游,以及加強民族語言教育。
[Abstract]:The national language is related to the language harmony, the national harmony and the diversity of the language and culture in the mixed ethnic areas. In view of the endangered national languages, various measures must be taken to promote the inheritance and protection of the national languages. Because of the cultural and instrumental characteristics of the national language, the inheritance and protection of the national language need both cultural protection and functional inheritance, both of which are indispensable. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to unify the concept of national language in heritage protection, deepen the study of national language, reasonably guide the language policy, attach importance to the tourism of national culture, and strengthen the education of national language.
