我國高校非通用外語教師面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與困境:一項(xiàng)質(zhì)性研究

【摘要】:本文以10名高校非通用外語教師為研究對象,通過深度訪談和敘事框架相結(jié)合的質(zhì)性研究方法,揭示了他們職業(yè)成長與發(fā)展面臨的內(nèi)外部困境。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),外部困境主要表現(xiàn)為教育教學(xué)資源匱乏(無教材、無工具書),承擔(dān)課程門類過多,且身兼教學(xué)、行政、科研、外事秘書等多種工作;內(nèi)部困境主要表現(xiàn)為教學(xué)與科研沖突帶來的內(nèi)心糾結(jié)和焦慮。盡管如此,他們?nèi)詫虒W(xué)滿腔熱情、對學(xué)生充滿愛心、對國家無限忠誠,其敬業(yè)精神讓人感動(dòng),值得欽佩。根據(jù)上述結(jié)果,本文提出了改進(jìn)他們職業(yè)生存與發(fā)展環(huán)境的兩條建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 10 non-general-purpose foreign language teachers in colleges and universities are taken as the research subjects, and the qualitative research method combining in-depth interviews with narrative framework is used to reveal the internal and external difficulties faced by them in their career growth and development. The study found that the external predicament mainly manifested in the lack of educational and teaching resources (no teaching materials, no reference books), taking on too many kinds of courses, and teaching, administration, scientific research, foreign affairs secretary and so on. The internal predicament is mainly reflected in the inner entanglement and anxiety caused by the conflict between teaching and scientific research. Nevertheless, their enthusiasm for teaching, their love for their students, their loyalty to their country, and their dedication to their work are impressive and admirable. Based on the above results, this paper puts forward two suggestions to improve their environment of survival and development.
