【摘要】：美軍在21世紀(jì)的軍事行動(dòng)中經(jīng)常遇到出現(xiàn)緊急語言需求而軍隊(duì)缺乏相應(yīng)人才的困擾,為此,美軍建立了由國(guó)防部主管、以民間語言志愿者為主體的國(guó)家語言服務(wù)團(tuán),成為軍隊(duì)現(xiàn)有語言人才儲(chǔ)備的有力補(bǔ)充。服務(wù)團(tuán)的指導(dǎo)思想、運(yùn)行機(jī)制、人員儲(chǔ)備方式以及服務(wù)提供方式體現(xiàn)出了鮮明的軍民融合特色,對(duì)我軍進(jìn)一步提高國(guó)防語言能力,建立適合我國(guó)國(guó)情、有效支撐未來軍事斗爭(zhēng)準(zhǔn)備的軍民融合式國(guó)防語言人才儲(chǔ)備具有積極的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In military operations in the 21st century, the US military often encountered the problem of emergency language needs and the lack of corresponding personnel in the army. For this reason, the US military established the National language Service Corps, headed by the Ministry of Defense, with folk language volunteers as the main body. To become an effective complement to the army's existing pool of language talents. The guiding ideology, operational mechanism, personnel reserve and service provision of the Service Corps reflect the distinctive characteristics of civil-military integration, which will further enhance our national defense language capabilities and establish a suitable for our country's national conditions. The military-civilian fusion defense language talent reserve which effectively supports the future military struggle preparation has the positive reference function.
