【摘要】：在英語成為國際學(xué)術(shù)通用語的趨勢(shì)下,其他語言在國際學(xué)術(shù)界逐漸被邊緣化。歐洲學(xué)者在上世紀(jì)八九十年代就意識(shí)到,處理英語和母語的關(guān)系是學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域一個(gè)核心且棘手的問題。這些國家一方面不斷提高學(xué)者英語水平,在國際上推廣本國科研成果,另一方面也在本國學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域鼓勵(lì)母語使用,提高母語創(chuàng)造和傳播新知識(shí)的能力。歐洲發(fā)達(dá)國家在這方面有比較豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),比如制定學(xué)術(shù)語言規(guī)劃政策、資助母語推廣、鼓勵(lì)雙語發(fā)表、創(chuàng)辦多語期刊等。這些做法可以為我國學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的中文使用提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the trend of English becoming an international academic language, other languages have been marginalized in international academic circles. European scholars realized in the 1980s and 1990s that dealing with the relationship between English and their mother tongue was a central and thorny issue in the academic field. On the one hand, these countries continuously improve the English level of scholars and promote their own scientific research results internationally. On the other hand, they also encourage the use of their mother tongue in their academic field and improve their ability to create and disseminate new knowledge. European developed countries have rich experience in this field, such as formulating academic language planning policies, subsidizing the promotion of mother tongue, encouraging bilingual publication, and establishing multilingual journals. These methods can provide a reference for the use of Chinese in the academic field of our country.
