《漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育教師志愿者崗位交接表》的設(shè)計(jì)與檢驗(yàn)

【摘要】:本文通過(guò)分析新任海外漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者的需求和卸任海外漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者的經(jīng)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)《漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育教師志愿者崗位交接表》,并運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)手段,檢測(cè)該表中每一條目的重要性,并對(duì)該表進(jìn)行效度和內(nèi)在信度檢驗(yàn)。然后,將修訂后的表格運(yùn)用到模擬實(shí)際交接中,測(cè)試其在實(shí)際應(yīng)用過(guò)程中是否能傳達(dá)準(zhǔn)確的交接信息。最后,根據(jù)以上檢測(cè)的結(jié)果,對(duì)《漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育教師志愿者崗位交接表》進(jìn)行修訂,指出本研究中的不足,并對(duì)與該表配套的漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育教師志愿者崗位交接實(shí)施方案提出自己的設(shè)想。首先,通過(guò)訪談,了解新任志愿者的需求和卸任志愿者的經(jīng)驗(yàn),討論《漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育教師志愿者崗位交接表》所應(yīng)涵蓋的范疇和內(nèi)容,初步設(shè)計(jì)該表。其次,通過(guò)四種方式對(duì)《交接表》進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。第一,通過(guò)描述性分析計(jì)算均值,檢驗(yàn)《交接表》中所包含條目的重要性。第二,以志愿者為《漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育教師志愿者崗位交接表》打分的總分為效標(biāo),逐一完成《漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育教師志愿者崗位交接表》內(nèi)每一個(gè)條目的內(nèi)在效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度檢驗(yàn)。第三,設(shè)計(jì)與《交接表》內(nèi)容相匹配的《新任漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者適應(yīng)情況自評(píng)表》和《新任漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者適應(yīng)情況他評(píng)表》,分別交由特定人員作答,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)兩張?jiān)u價(jià)表的分?jǐn)?shù)進(jìn)行配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn),完成《交接表》的外在效標(biāo)效度的檢驗(yàn)。第四,通過(guò)計(jì)算得出克隆巴赫系數(shù),檢測(cè)《漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育教師志愿者崗位交接表》的內(nèi)在信度。最后,將設(shè)計(jì)完成的《交接表》交由相關(guān)人員填寫,根據(jù)其填寫的內(nèi)容是否符合新任志愿者的需求和卸任志愿者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)調(diào)整《交接表》的形式、內(nèi)容及語(yǔ)言表述方式,形成《交接表》的最后設(shè)計(jì)方案。同時(shí),指出《交接表》檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中存在的不足,并對(duì)與《交接表》配套的漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育教師志愿者崗位交接實(shí)施方案提出自己的設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the needs of the new overseas Chinese teacher volunteers and the experience of the outgoing overseas Chinese teachers' volunteers, this paper designs the "assignment Table of Teachers of Chinese International Education", and applies statistical means. The importance of each item in the table was detected and the validity and intrinsic reliability of the table were tested. Then, the revised table is applied to simulate the actual handover to test whether it can convey accurate handover information in practical application. Finally, according to the results of the above tests, we revise the "Chinese International Education teacher Volunteer transfer Table", and point out the shortcomings of this study. This paper also puts forward its own tentative plan for the implementation of volunteer transfer of Chinese international education teachers. First of all, through interviews, we know the needs of new volunteers and the experience of retired volunteers, and discuss the scope and content of the assignment Table for Teachers of Chinese International Education, and design the table preliminarily. Secondly, the handover table is tested in four ways. First, the importance of the items contained in the handover table is tested by descriptive analysis. Secondly, taking the total score of volunteers as the effective standard, the correlation validity of each item in the Chinese International teacher's Volunteer assignment Table is tested one by one. Third, the design of the "Self-assessment form on the adaptation of newly appointed Chinese teacher volunteers" and the "other Assessment Table on the adaptation of newly appointed Chinese teacher volunteers", which match the contents of the "handover Table", are handed over to specific personnel to answer, respectively, according to the statistical data. The scores of the two evaluation tables were tested by paired t test, and the external validity of the handover table was tested. Fourthly, the internal reliability of the Chinese International Education teacher Volunteer assignment Table is tested by calculating the Crombach coefficient. Finally, the completed handover form is handed over to the relevant personnel to fill out. According to the needs of the new volunteers and the experience of the former volunteers, the form, content and language expression of the handover form are adjusted according to whether the contents filled in are in line with the needs of the new volunteers and the experience of the former volunteers. Form the final design of the handover Table. At the same time, the paper points out the shortcomings in the examination of the handover table, and puts forward its own plan for the implementation of the transfer of volunteer posts of Chinese international education teachers, which is matched with the handover table.
