【摘要】：針對(duì)決策小組權(quán)重未知、方案的偏好信息以雙重猶豫語(yǔ)言偏好關(guān)系形式給出的群決策問(wèn)題,提出了一種簡(jiǎn)單決策方法.首先,為準(zhǔn)確、全面地描述群決策過(guò)程中的不確定評(píng)估信息,定義雙重猶豫語(yǔ)言數(shù),并根據(jù)定義的運(yùn)算法則,提出雙重猶豫語(yǔ)言加權(quán)平均算子.其次,定義雙重猶豫語(yǔ)言偏好關(guān)系,并利用單個(gè)決策小組對(duì)方案偏好信息得分值的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差和其偏好信息得分值與其他決策小組偏好信息得分值的相關(guān)系數(shù),提出一種客觀確定決策小組權(quán)重的方法,進(jìn)而提出一種基于雙重猶豫語(yǔ)言偏好關(guān)系的群決策方法.同時(shí),通過(guò)九甸峽水庫(kù)運(yùn)行方案選擇實(shí)例說(shuō)明該方法的可行性和有效性.最后,將該方法與現(xiàn)有方法進(jìn)行比較,結(jié)果表明,所提出的方法能夠直接處理雙重猶豫語(yǔ)言偏好信息,不需要進(jìn)行信息轉(zhuǎn)化,從而可以減少原始決策信息的丟失
[Abstract]:A simple decision making method is proposed to solve the group decision problem in which the weight of decision group is unknown and the preference information of the scheme is given in the form of double hesitant linguistic preference relationship. Firstly, in order to accurately and comprehensively describe the uncertain evaluation information in the process of group decision making, the number of double hesitation languages is defined, and the weighted averaging operator of double hesitation language is proposed according to the defined algorithm. Secondly, we define the double hesitant language preference relationship, and use the standard deviation of the single decision group to the preference information score and the correlation coefficient between its preference information score value and the other decision group preference information score value. This paper presents an objective method to determine the weight of decision groups, and then proposes a group decision making method based on the preference relation of double hesitant language. At the same time, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are illustrated by an example of operation scheme selection of Jiudian Gorge Reservoir. Finally, the method is compared with the existing methods. The results show that the proposed method can directly deal with the preference information of the double hesitant language without the need for information transformation, thus reducing the loss of the original decision information.
