【摘要】：老撾國(guó)立大學(xué)作為老撾對(duì)綜合性大學(xué),其成立的宗旨是促進(jìn)老撾教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,使其合理化、規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化,并為老撾培育國(guó)家發(fā)展所需高端人才。老撾國(guó)立大學(xué)并與國(guó)外一百三十余所高校簽訂合作協(xié)議,源源不斷得為老撾學(xué)子提供與國(guó)外高校交流學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)�？鬃訉W(xué)院成立于2010年,作為老撾國(guó)立大學(xué)的新貴,是在“漢語(yǔ)熱”的背景下與中國(guó)廣西民族大學(xué)合作創(chuàng)辦的,旨在為更多的老撾學(xué)生提高漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。但是由于其成立時(shí)間較短,在教學(xué)和人員各方面均存在一定的缺陷。但是老撾國(guó)立大學(xué)是老撾公共管理的重要領(lǐng)域,其教學(xué)管理受到極大的關(guān)注。本文主要是老撾國(guó)立大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院和該校的師生作為研究對(duì)象,本文用新的公共管理理念,通過(guò)應(yīng)用文用新的公共管理理念,分析目前孔子學(xué)院當(dāng)前在管理體制、教材、教學(xué)模式、財(cái)務(wù)、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等方面存在的問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合公共管理方面的知識(shí)給老撾的教育部門(mén)和學(xué)校管理層提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As a comprehensive university in Laos, the purpose of the establishment of Lao National University is to promote the development of Lao education, to make it rational, standardized and scientific, and to cultivate the high-end talents needed by Laos for the development of the country. The Lao National University has signed cooperation agreements with more than 130 foreign universities and has been providing Lao students with the opportunity to exchange and study with foreign universities. The Confucius Institute was founded in 2010. As a newly rich Lao National University, it was founded in cooperation with Guangxi University of nationalities in China under the background of "Chinese craze", with the aim of improving Chinese learning opportunities for more Lao students. However, because of its short time, there are some defects in teaching and personnel. However, Lao National University is an important field of public administration in Laos, and its teaching management has received great attention. This paper is mainly about the Confucius Institute of Lao National University and the teachers and students of this school as the research object. This paper uses the new concept of public management, through the application of the new concept of public management, analyzes the current management system and teaching materials of the Confucius Institute. The problems in teaching mode, finance, development situation and so on, and combined with the knowledge of public management, put forward the corresponding solutions to the education department and school management in Laos.
