【摘要】：大同市餐館名稱是了解大同風土人情、思想文化的窗口,也是展現(xiàn)大同人理想信念的途徑。本文對2606個大同餐館名稱的調(diào)查主要采用了定量與定性分析法、歸納演繹相結(jié)合和圖表統(tǒng)計說明法。為了更好的研究大同市餐館名稱的命名規(guī)律和折射的文化內(nèi)涵,主要進行了語音、用詞、文化和命名建議四大方面進行了探究。語音方面針對音節(jié)數(shù)量、節(jié)奏、語音修辭方式和音變情況進行了一定的探索。用詞方面圍繞專名、業(yè)名、通名的使用情況和選詞特色來分析,對其組合結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,也對其語用模糊和禮貌原則進行研究。大同市餐館名稱在文化方面展現(xiàn)出獨特并富有深意的文化魅力,主要從中國的傳統(tǒng)文化、西口文化、面食文化、佛道教文化四個方面來展開剖析。在調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)大同市餐館名稱也出現(xiàn)了一些像文字錯亂、語義晦澀、語言粗俗、用詞雷同和夸大不實的問題,并針對性提出“合法合規(guī)原則”、“品牌特色原則”、“語言吸引原則”來提升餐館命名效果。
[Abstract]:The name of Datong Restaurant is a window to understand the local customs, ideology and culture of Datong, and it is also a way to show the ideals and beliefs of Datong people. This paper mainly adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis, inductive deduction and chart statistical explanation to investigate 2606 Datong restaurant names. In order to better study the naming rules and cultural connotation of restaurant names in Datong City, this paper mainly discusses four aspects of pronunciation, words, culture and naming suggestions. The phonetic aspect has carried on the certain exploration to the syllable quantity, the rhythm, the phonetic rhetoric method and the phonetic change situation. In terms of words, the usage of proper name, title, general name and the characteristics of choice of words are analyzed, the combination structure is analyzed, and the pragmatic vagueness and politeness principle are also studied. The name of the restaurant in Datong shows its unique and profound cultural charm in terms of culture, mainly from the four aspects of Chinese traditional culture, Xikou culture, pasta culture, Buddhism and Taoism culture. In the investigation, we found that the names of restaurants in Datong City also appeared some problems such as text confusion, semantic obscurity, vulgar language, similar words and exaggerations, and put forward the "principle of legal compliance" and "principle of brand characteristics". The principle of language attraction improves the naming of restaurants.
