【摘要】：自《彝文規(guī)范方案》在涼山彝族自治州全面施行,涼山州彝語文標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)和社會用字雙文化推廣成效顯著,彝語文廣播電視、報刊出版、古籍整理等得到蓬勃發(fā)展,彝語文社會服務(wù)功能不斷加強(qiáng),彝語文的推廣使用呈現(xiàn)出繁榮態(tài)勢。近年來,州府西昌的公交線路開通了彝漢雙語報站服務(wù),同時在站點牌匾增設(shè)彝文標(biāo)識,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)了彝語文的應(yīng)用和推廣,這不僅為彝族群眾的生活提供便利,更彰顯了西昌的文化特色和彝文的獨特魅力。然而在推進(jìn)公交雙語、雙文化的同時也產(chǎn)生了諸多不容忽視的問題。本文選擇了率先在四川省實現(xiàn)公交彝漢雙語報站、雙文牌匾的涼山彝族自治州州府西昌市作為調(diào)查地點,通過田野調(diào)查獲得了西昌市公交彝語播報、彝文站牌使用情況的實地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用田野調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、參與觀察法、訪談法等方法進(jìn)行研究,重點分析了西昌市彝語文在公交線路中的使用情況,了解不同人群對于推行雙語報站和雙文站牌及其實用性的態(tài)度,并進(jìn)一步提出了彝語文在公交報站與牌匾使用中存在的實際問題和相應(yīng)的解決方法。論文主要分為以下四章:第一章主要闡明本文的研究緣及選題意義,就規(guī)范彝文、規(guī)范彝文的應(yīng)用和其他語言文字在公交系統(tǒng)的使用情況等相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行概述,介紹論文的研究內(nèi)容、方法及相關(guān)概念的界定。第二章主要介紹西昌市公交報站和牌匾彝語文的使用情況。首先簡要介紹了西昌市公交線路彝語文使用的歷史發(fā)展情況,其次對彝語文在西昌市公交報站和牌匾的使用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了敘述,最后對使用中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分類闡述。公交雙語報站主要存在彝語翻譯問題、公交車設(shè)備調(diào)試問題,公交站點雙文牌匾除了存在彝文翻譯問題外,還有站牌樣式及文字比例問題、制作、維護(hù)、使用覆蓋面等問題。第三章基于調(diào)查問卷、深度訪談,對社會不同階層、不同人群對公交報站和牌匾彝語文使用的態(tài)度進(jìn)行闡述。針對普通社會民眾看法的概述主要來自問卷數(shù)據(jù)的分析,而對政府及相關(guān)職能部門工作人員、彝語文專家學(xué)者的態(tài)度總結(jié)主要通過深度訪談獲得。第四章主要內(nèi)容為公交報站和牌匾中彝語文使用問題的解決措施。筆者認(rèn)為要解決目前存在的問題,需要社會各界共同努力。首先,政府部門要加大對公交雙語、雙文的政策和財政扶持力度。其次,語委、公交公司、交通運輸局等相關(guān)職能部門要充分履行職責(zé),第三,要鞏固雙語教育水平,促進(jìn)雙語人才就業(yè)。此外,筆者還提出了將語音播報與彝文站牌統(tǒng)一、提高公眾對公交公示語的重視程度、擴(kuò)大彝語文服務(wù)和公共文化產(chǎn)品供給等建議。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the "Yi language Standardization Program" in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, the construction of Yi language standardization in Liangshan Prefecture and the promotion of social characters have achieved remarkable results. The Yi language radio and television, the publication of newspapers and periodicals, and the collation of ancient books have developed vigorously. The social service function of Yi language has been strengthened constantly, and the popularization and use of Yi language have taken on a prosperous trend. In recent years, the bus line in Xichang, the state capital, has opened the Yi-Chinese bilingual news station service. At the same time, it has added Yi language signs on the site plaque, further promoted the application and promotion of the Yi language, which not only provides convenience for the life of the Yi people, It also shows the cultural characteristics of Xichang and the unique charm of Yi language. However, there are many problems which can not be ignored while promoting bilingualism of public transportation. This paper chooses Xichang City of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture as the investigation site, which is the first to realize the bus Yi-Chinese bilingual news station in Sichuan Province, and obtains the Yi-language broadcast of Xichang bus through field investigation. On the basis of the field investigation data of the use of Yi language station signs, field survey, literature, questionnaire, participation observation, interview and other methods are used to carry out the research. This paper mainly analyzes the usage of Yi language in Xichang city's bus lines, and finds out the attitudes of different people towards the implementation of bilingual stations and double-text stations and their practicability. Furthermore, the paper puts forward the practical problems and corresponding solutions of Yi language in the use of bus stations and plaques. The thesis is divided into the following four chapters: the first chapter mainly expounds the research reason and significance of this paper, and summarizes the related research results, such as standardizing Yi language, standardizing the application of Yi language, and the use of other languages and characters in the public transport system. This paper introduces the research contents, methods and the definition of related concepts. The second chapter mainly introduces Xichang bus station and the use of Yi language. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the historical development of the use of Yi language on Xichang bus lines, then describes the current situation of the use of Yi language in Xichang bus stations and plaques, and finally expounds the problems existing in the use of Yi language. There are mainly problems in the translation of Yi language and the debugging of bus equipment. Besides the translation of Yi language, there are also problems in the form of station signs and the proportion of characters, production, maintenance, use coverage and so on. The third chapter is based on the questionnaire, in-depth interviews, the different social strata, different groups of people on the bus station and plaque Yi language use of the attitude to elaborate. The summary of the views of ordinary people mainly comes from the analysis of questionnaire data, and the attitude summary of the government and related functional staff, Yi language experts and scholars is mainly obtained through in-depth interviews. The fourth chapter is mainly about the measures to solve the problem of the use of Yi language in bus stations and plaques. I believe that to solve the existing problems, the community needs to work together. First of all, the government should increase the bilingual, dual-language policy and financial support. Second, the language committee, public transport company, transportation bureau and other relevant functional departments to fully perform their duties, third, to consolidate the level of bilingual education, to promote the employment of bilingual talents. In addition, the author also puts forward some suggestions, such as unifying the voice broadcast with the Yi language station sign, increasing the public's attention to the public signs, expanding the Yi language service and the supply of public cultural products and so on.
