【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和國際影響力的不斷增強(qiáng),越來越多的外國人開始學(xué)習(xí)漢語,想要了解中國文化的外國人也逐漸增多。對(duì)外漢語教材是外國人學(xué)習(xí)漢語和了解中國文化的重要途徑,教材的質(zhì)量對(duì)他們的漢語學(xué)習(xí)有重要的影響。到目前為止,我國對(duì)外漢語教材的種類和數(shù)量都極其豐富,因此改進(jìn)和完善這些對(duì)外漢語教材,提高已有教材的質(zhì)量,比大批量地編寫教材更為重要。本文從海峽兩岸各選取了一套比較有代表性的漢語教材,分別是《新版實(shí)用視聽華語》和《漢語教程》,對(duì)這兩本教材中的文化詞語進(jìn)行了具體的對(duì)比。對(duì)比的方面有很多,其中包括:課文中文化詞語數(shù)量、類型、分布、排名等的對(duì)比,練習(xí)中文化詞語重復(fù)率的對(duì)比,與《詞匯等級(jí)大綱》中的文化詞語的對(duì)比,并且通過這些詳細(xì)的對(duì)比,找出了教材中文化詞語編寫的許多問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上寫出了《漢語教程》中的一篇課文的優(yōu)化模式,以推動(dòng)教材編寫的完善與優(yōu)化。本文一共分為五章。第一章是緒論,介紹了研究目的、研究意義、研究對(duì)象、研究方法以及對(duì)外漢語教材的文獻(xiàn)綜述。本文以臺(tái)灣的《新版實(shí)用視聽華語》和大陸的《漢語教程》為研究對(duì)象,通過比較法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、定量分析法等方法將兩套教材進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,來找出教材編寫中存在的一些問題,以促進(jìn)對(duì)外漢語教材的修改完善。第二章統(tǒng)計(jì)了兩套教材中所有出現(xiàn)的文化詞語,探究了教材課文中文化詞語的對(duì)比,從類型、顯性文化詞語、隱性文化詞語、排名的角度分析了兩套教材在文化詞語編寫方面的差異,從中找出所選教材編寫的不足之處。第三章研究了練習(xí)中的文化詞語,將練習(xí)與正文中的文化詞語進(jìn)行了對(duì)照,比較了兩套教材練習(xí)中文化詞語的重復(fù)率。第四章將兩套教材中的文化詞語分別與《詞匯等級(jí)大綱》中的文化詞語進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,分析了這兩套教材中文化詞語編寫的難易程度。第五章從對(duì)比中找出兩套教材存在的編寫問題,并根據(jù)這些問題總結(jié)出了幾條對(duì)外漢語教材中文化詞語的編寫意見,同時(shí)選取《漢語教程》中的一課寫出優(yōu)化模式,以便促進(jìn)教材中文化詞語編寫的完善,讓外國學(xué)生更好地了解中國的文化,推動(dòng)漢語國際教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing of international influence, more and more foreigners begin to learn Chinese, and the number of foreigners who want to know Chinese culture is increasing. The teaching material of Chinese as a foreign language is an important way for foreigners to learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture, and the quality of teaching material has an important influence on their Chinese learning. Up to now, the types and quantity of teaching materials for Chinese as a foreign language in our country are extremely rich, so it is more important to improve and perfect these textbooks and improve the quality of the existing textbooks than to compile them in large quantities. This paper selects a set of representative Chinese teaching materials from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, namely, the New practical Audio-Visual Chinese language and the Chinese course, and makes a concrete comparison of the cultural words in the two textbooks. There are many aspects of comparison, including: the comparison of the number, type, distribution, rank, etc of the cultural words in the text, the comparison of the repetition rate of the cultural words in the exercises, and the comparison with the cultural words in the outline of Vocabulary Grade. Through these detailed comparisons, the author finds out many problems in the compilation of cultural words in the textbook, and on this basis, writes out the optimization model of a text in the course of Chinese language, in order to promote the perfection and optimization of the compilation of the textbook. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the purpose, significance, research object, research methods and literature review of Chinese as a foreign language teaching material. In this paper, the two sets of textbooks are compared and analyzed by means of comparative method, literature research method, quantitative analysis method and so on, taking Taiwan's New practical Audio-visual Chinese as the research object and the mainland's Chinese course as the research object. To find out some problems existing in the compilation of textbooks, in order to promote the revision of Chinese as a foreign language textbook. The second chapter statistics all the cultural words in the two sets of textbooks, and probes into the contrast of the cultural words in the text, from the type, the explicit cultural words, the recessive cultural words, From the perspective of ranking, this paper analyzes the differences between the two sets of textbooks in the compilation of cultural words, and finds out the shortcomings of the compilation of the selected textbooks. The third chapter studies the cultural words in the exercise, compares the cultural words in the exercise with the cultural words in the text, and compares the repetition rate of the cultural words in the exercises of the two sets of textbooks. The fourth chapter compares the cultural words in the two sets of textbooks with the cultural words in the outline of Vocabulary Grade, and analyzes the difficulty of compiling the cultural words in the two sets of textbooks. Chapter five finds out the problems of compiling two sets of textbooks from the contrast, and sums up some opinions on the compilation of cultural words in the teaching materials for Chinese as a foreign language according to these problems. At the same time, it selects a lesson in Chinese course to write out the optimized mode. In order to improve the compilation of cultural words in textbooks, foreign students can better understand Chinese culture and promote the development of Chinese international education.
