新疆師范大學海外生源漢語國際教育碩士培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀調查研究
[Abstract]:Xinjiang normal University began to enroll the Master of Chinese International Education from overseas students in September 2009. Up to now, Xinjiang normal University has formed a regional feature facing Central Asia, and its students mainly come from Central Asia and its surrounding areas. Since 2009, has recruited six overseas students source Han Shuo. However, due to the lack of understanding of the major of Chinese international education, the different motives of coming to China and the unclear intention of graduation and employment, this affects to some extent the realization of the training goal of this major. In addition, factors such as teacher teaching, curriculum setting, teaching practice and paper writing also affect the present situation of cultivation to varying degrees. The research methods are literature method, questionnaire method, data analysis method and interview method. Through the interview and investigation of the students in Grade 2016 and some of the overseas students from abroad, through the detailed analysis of the interview content and the survey data, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the present situation of the training from different aspects. This paper affirms the training characteristics and advantages of Xinjiang normal University, finds out the existing problems and shortcomings, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the training scheme in order to promote the improvement of the cultivation effect. The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the topic, combs the current situation of domestic research; the second chapter analyzes the training scheme, compares the new version and the old version, finds out the differences between the two in the training goal and curriculum, and summarizes the characteristics of the new edition. The third chapter analyzes the situation, based on the interviews and findings of the overseas students, respectively, from the students, teachers, teaching, curriculum, Five aspects of teaching practice and paper writing are analyzed, summed up, and suggestions for improvement of the training process are put forward. Chapter IV: training characteristics and suggestions, according to the current situation of students learning, teaching staff, curriculum, Professional practice, evaluation criteria and other five aspects of the summary of characteristics, positive advantages. At the same time, the deficiencies in the process of culture were found, and suggestions were put forward. The training characteristics of Xinjiang normal University are as follows: first, adjust the curriculum to highlight the characteristics of the major; second, the number of teachers, teachers inside and outside the school guidance; third, build domestic and foreign practice platform; fourth, to assess and promote learning, Improve the ability of autonomous learning. In the process of training, we should pay attention to the following aspects: first, different professional courses should distinguish the assessment focus; second, appropriate adjustment of practice time; third, guide learning needs, enhance professional awareness.
