【摘要】：本文以新疆伊犁州直哈薩克族的國家通用語言的語言能力、語言使用情況、語言學(xué)習(xí)情況、語言態(tài)度和文字使用情況為研究重點,選取伊犁州直“一市兩縣”,伊寧市、新源縣、昭蘇縣的哈薩克族為調(diào)查對象,運用文獻法、田野調(diào)查法、定量和定性相結(jié)合方法,并采用統(tǒng)計學(xué)相關(guān)分析法,對語言使用情況進行描寫統(tǒng)計,分析居住地、年齡、遷徙、受教育程度、職業(yè)等社會因素方面對語言選用的影響,進而分析影響伊犁州直哈薩克族使用國家通用語言文字的原因,并針對其原因提出具體建議,為國家制定針對民族地區(qū)的語言政策提供參考。全文分為五章,如下:第一章,緒論。介紹本文選題的依據(jù)、選題的現(xiàn)實意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究創(chuàng)新點。第二章,調(diào)查方案的設(shè)計。包括調(diào)查對象的選擇、采用的研究方法、抽樣方案的設(shè)計、調(diào)查問卷的主要內(nèi)容以及樣本分布情況。第三章,伊犁州直哈薩克族國家通用語言使用情況數(shù)據(jù)分析。包括語言能力、不同場合語言使用情況、語言學(xué)習(xí)情況、語言態(tài)度和文字使用情況�？傮w來說,伊犁州直哈薩克族使用普通話的能力高于文字能力;普通話學(xué)習(xí)以學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)為主;被調(diào)認同普通話在日常交際中的重要性。第四章,總結(jié)調(diào)研結(jié)論,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題,并有針對性的提出對策。針對哈薩克族國家通用語言使用情況、語言使用環(huán)境、語言認同和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等方面存在的問題,提出應(yīng)加強社會宣傳、提高哈薩克族國家認同意識,并加強雙語教育學(xué)習(xí)等方面的意見。第五章,結(jié)語。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the language ability of the national general language of Kazakh nationality in Yili, Xinjiang, language use, language learning, language attitude and the use of words. It selects Yili Prefecture, "one city and two counties", Yining, Xinyuan County, Zhaosu County, as the investigation object, using the literature method, field investigation method, quantitative analysis. With the method of combining with the qualitative method, and using the statistical analysis method, the author makes a descriptive statistics on the use of language, analyzes the influence of the social factors, such as residence, age, migration, education, occupation and other social factors, and then analyzes the reasons for the use of the national general language of the Kazakh nationality in Yili, and aims at its reasons. Put forward specific suggestions for the state to provide reference for language policy for ethnic areas. The full text is divided into five chapters. The following is the following: Chapter 1: introduction, introduction. Introduction to the basis of the topic, the practical significance of the topic, the research status, the research innovation point, the second chapter, the design of the investigation scheme, including the selection of the investigation objects, the methods adopted, the sampling scheme Design, the main content of the questionnaire and the distribution of sample. The third chapter, Yili Kazakh national general language use data analysis, including language ability, different occasions language use, language learning, language attitude and the use of words. Generally speaking, Yili state Kazakh use of Mandarin can be used as a whole Power is higher than literal ability; Putonghua learning is based on school learning; the importance of recognition of Putonghua in daily communication. The fourth chapter is to summarize the research conclusions, find out the existing problems and put forward countermeasures. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
