【摘要】：對《貴州文斗寨苗族契約法律文書匯編——姜啟貴等家藏契約文書》中有關(guān)語言文字方面的舛誤加以歸納,并結(jié)合相關(guān)知識加以考釋、校正,力圖恢復(fù)貴州文斗寨苗族契約法律文書的本來面貌,為相關(guān)研究提供更為精確的歷史文獻(xiàn)資料。
[Abstract]:This paper sums up the errors in language and characters in the compilation of the Miao nationality contract documents of the Miao nationality in Wendouzhai, Guizhou Province-Jiang Qigui and other family contract documents, and combines the relevant knowledge to study and correct the errors in language and writing. This paper tries to restore the original appearance of the Miao nationality contract legal documents in Wenduzhai, Guizhou, and provide more accurate historical documents for the relevant research.
