【摘要】：獨(dú)立院校在我國高等教育大眾化背景下,20年間經(jīng)歷了由最初政策扶持、高速擴(kuò)張,到當(dāng)下轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、深挖內(nèi)涵特色建設(shè)的歷程。本文以獨(dú)立院校外語專業(yè)在當(dāng)下所遭遇的困難與機(jī)遇為研究對象,探索了獨(dú)立院校外語專業(yè)學(xué)科建設(shè)在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展大趨勢下,在高考政策改革、高校自身內(nèi)涵建設(shè)失衡的內(nèi)憂外困中,如何抓住國家戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇和社會發(fā)展需求,確立特色化辦學(xué)定位;如何創(chuàng)新思路,培養(yǎng)融合型外語人才;如何創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,打造"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+內(nèi)涵建設(shè)"等問題,為獨(dú)立院校學(xué)科建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of popularization of higher education in China, independent colleges and universities have experienced the course of initial policy support, rapid expansion, transformation and development, and the construction of connotative features for 20 years. Taking the difficulties and opportunities encountered by foreign language majors in independent colleges and universities as the research object, this paper explores the reform of college entrance examination policy under the trend of transformation and development of foreign language major discipline construction in independent colleges and universities. How to grasp the national strategic opportunity and the social development demand, how to establish the characteristic orientation of running a school, how to innovate the thinking, how to train foreign language talents, how to innovate the mechanism, how to grasp the national strategic opportunity and the demand of social development in the unbalanced internal and external difficulties of the connotation construction of colleges and universities. Create "Internet connotation construction" and other issues, for independent colleges and universities subject construction transformation and development to provide a reference.
