【摘要】：正近讀《石倉契約》第三輯(曹樹基、潘星輝、闕龍興編,浙江大學(xué)出版社2014年版),其中《宣統(tǒng)二年一月二十九日葉興財立退工本字》云:"今俱四至界內(nèi),任憑退主耕種狗羅,執(zhí)批杉木桐子。"復(fù)核原契影印件,與釋文相同。據(jù)語境,"狗羅"可耕種,則當(dāng)為一種人工種植的農(nóng)作物。然遍查農(nóng)業(yè)類資料,不見此物;石倉契約中也僅此一見。因思契約類民俗文獻中,書手多為文化水準(zhǔn)不高的
