赴日漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者教學(xué)適應(yīng)情況調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:本文通過問卷調(diào)查和深度訪談相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)2014年至2016年33名赴日漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者的教學(xué)適應(yīng)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,力圖考察這一群體的教學(xué)適應(yīng)情況以及存在的教學(xué)困難,并希望通過對(duì)赴日漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者的研究,豐富和充實(shí)整個(gè)漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目的研究,為漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者提供切實(shí)的幫助。本文首先回顧了漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者以及教學(xué)適應(yīng)的相關(guān)研究,對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,指出目前關(guān)于漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者的教學(xué)適應(yīng)情況缺少更加深入的國(guó)別化分析以及針對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)全體赴任志愿者情況的研究。本文以《國(guó)際漢語(yǔ)教師標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置問卷調(diào)查,并結(jié)合五位志愿者的半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談?wù){(diào)查,得出赴日漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者群體的整體適應(yīng)情況:赴日漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者的教學(xué)適應(yīng)情況總體較好,但是在把握日本學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)、教學(xué)方法與手段的選用、課堂活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)、應(yīng)對(duì)學(xué)生的問題行為方面適應(yīng)情況不太樂觀,在具體的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)和教學(xué)項(xiàng)目方面也存在各種不同的困難;趯(duì)志愿者群體的調(diào)查,本文認(rèn)為導(dǎo)致這些適應(yīng)困難的原因包括主觀和客觀兩個(gè)方面,主觀上存在志愿者漢語(yǔ)本體知識(shí)水平不足、志愿者缺乏教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、志愿者日語(yǔ)水平不足等原因;客觀上存在學(xué)生群體較為特殊、孔子學(xué)院教學(xué)資源質(zhì)量參差不齊、孔子學(xué)院與志愿者缺少有效的崗前溝通、志愿者工作任務(wù)較重等原因。在分析志愿者教學(xué)適應(yīng)困難及其產(chǎn)生原因之后,本文提出提升赴日志愿者教學(xué)適應(yīng)能力的建議,包括:志愿者管理機(jī)構(gòu)方面:1、細(xì)化培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容;2、做好新老志愿者交接工作。志愿者赴任單位方面:1、加強(qiáng)志愿者崗前崗后溝通工作;2、豐富和更新教學(xué)資源;3、適當(dāng)增加志愿者人數(shù)。志愿者本人方面:1、提升自身專業(yè)水平;2、加強(qiáng)與其他志愿者互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the teaching adaptation of 33 Chinese teachers to Japan from 2014 to 2016 by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews, and tries to investigate the teaching adaptation and teaching difficulties of this group. The author hopes to enrich and enrich the research of the whole Chinese teacher volunteer project through the research of the Chinese teacher volunteer in Japan, and provide practical help for the Chinese teacher volunteer. This paper first reviews the research on Chinese teachers' volunteers and teaching adaptation, and summarizes the relevant literature. It is pointed out that there is a lack of a more in-depth country-specific analysis on the teaching adaptation of Chinese teachers' volunteers and a study on the situation of all the volunteers in a country or region. Based on the International Standards for Chinese Teachers, this paper presents a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview with five volunteers. It is concluded that the Chinese teacher volunteer group in Japan is well adapted to the teaching, but the characteristics of Japanese students, the selection of teaching methods and means, the design of classroom activities, and so on. Coping with the problem behavior of students is not very optimistic, and there are various difficulties in the specific teaching links and teaching items. Based on the investigation of volunteers, this paper argues that the causes of these difficulties include subjective and objective, subjective Chinese ontology knowledge of volunteers is insufficient, volunteers lack of teaching experience. There are some reasons for the deficiency of volunteers' Japanese, such as the special student group, the uneven quality of teaching resources in Confucius Institute, the lack of effective pre-job communication between Confucius Institute and volunteers, the heavy task of volunteer work and so on. After analyzing the difficulties in teaching adaptation of volunteers and their causes, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the teaching adaptability of volunteers to Japan, including: volunteer management organizations: 1, detailed training content 2, do a good job in the transfer of new and old volunteers. Volunteers in the unit to strengthen the volunteer post communication work to enrich and update the teaching resources and appropriate increase in the number of volunteers. Volunteer side: 1, improve their professional level 2, strengthen interaction with other volunteers.
