初級漢語聽力課教師互動行為和意識案例分析

【摘要】:很多漢語教師對“四小課型”中的聽力課一直有著“難教”的聲音,學(xué)生興趣不高、課堂互動難推、教學(xué)效果不佳、出勤率偏低等問題一直困擾著聽力課教師。由此筆者針對聽力課課堂氛圍和教師互動行為關(guān)系展開研究,尋找問題產(chǎn)生的原因,發(fā)現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀漢語教師,進入實際課堂,用案例分析的方法分析優(yōu)秀聽力教師的教學(xué)互動行為,總結(jié)有效教學(xué)互動意識,供有聽力課教學(xué)困惑的教師學(xué)習(xí)與參考。因此,本文首先在上海外國語大學(xué)國際文化交流學(xué)院留學(xué)生班級發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,通過調(diào)查結(jié)果找到初級漢語聽力課問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)教學(xué)效果與課堂互動的關(guān)系,并根據(jù)預(yù)調(diào)查結(jié)果確定了一名優(yōu)秀漢語聽力教師作為個案研究對象,運用案例分析的方法進入研究對象實際課堂,如實記錄課堂互動行為,以聽前、聽時、聽后三大課堂環(huán)節(jié)為基本結(jié)構(gòu),以“互動假說”、“輸入輸出”、“圖式理論”、“學(xué)習(xí)動機”為理論基礎(chǔ),分析每一環(huán)節(jié)教師的有效互動次數(shù)、互動方式、互動反饋和互動方法等,根據(jù)案例分析結(jié)果,用半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談法對個案研究對象進行訪問,分析教師課堂互動行為背后的互動意識,提出有關(guān)如何提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣合理的教學(xué)建議,給更多的聽力老師以可參考的教學(xué)建議,幫助改進教學(xué)方法,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。全文共分為五個部分。第一章為緒論部分,包括研究緣起、研究綜述、研究內(nèi)容、研究意義、研究方法、理論基礎(chǔ)、研究設(shè)計。第二章對學(xué)生和教師就初級漢語聽力課互動現(xiàn)狀預(yù)調(diào)查問卷結(jié)果進行分析說明,發(fā)現(xiàn)聽力課問題,確定個案研究對象。第三章以課堂教學(xué)互動行為為主線,從教師指令、反饋,學(xué)生反饋,課堂活動三方面對案例進行分析。第四章結(jié)合案例用訪談的方法對教師互動意識進行探究,并提出一些合理有效的教學(xué)建議。第五章總結(jié)本文的研究結(jié)論和不足之處。
[Abstract]:Many Chinese teachers have always had the voice of "hard to teach" in the listening class of "four small classes". The students' interest is not high, the classroom interaction is difficult to push, the teaching effect is not good, the attendance rate is on the low side and so on. Therefore, the author studies the relationship between the classroom atmosphere of listening class and teachers' interactive behavior, finds out the causes of the problems, finds out the excellent Chinese teachers, enters the actual classroom, and analyzes the teaching interaction behavior of the excellent listening teachers with the method of case analysis. This paper summarizes the effective interactive consciousness of teaching for teachers who are confused in listening teaching. Therefore, this paper first distributes the questionnaire in the international students' class of Shanghai Foreign Studies University, finds out the problems of the primary Chinese listening course, and finds out the relationship between the teaching effect and the classroom interaction. According to the results of the preliminary investigation, an excellent Chinese listening teacher is selected as the case study object. The method of case analysis is used to enter the actual classroom of the study object, and the classroom interaction behavior is recorded truthfully in order to listen before and when listening. On the basis of "interaction hypothesis", "input and output", "schema theory" and "learning motivation", this paper analyzes the effective interaction times and interaction modes of teachers in each link, taking the three major classroom links after listening as the basic structure, and taking "input and output", "schema theory" and "learning motivation" as the theoretical basis. According to the results of the case study, this paper uses the semi-structured interview method to interview the subjects of the case study, and analyzes the interaction consciousness behind the teacher's classroom interaction behavior. This paper puts forward some teaching suggestions on how to improve the students' interest in learning and give more listening teachers reference teaching suggestions to help improve the teaching methods and improve the teaching quality. The full text is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, including the origin of the study, research review, research content, research significance, research methods, theoretical basis, research design. The second chapter analyzes the results of pre-survey on the interaction between students and teachers in primary Chinese listening classes, finds out the problems of listening lessons, and determines the object of case study. The third chapter takes classroom teaching interaction behavior as the main line, analyzes the case from three aspects: teacher instruction, feedback, student feedback and classroom activity. Chapter four explores the teachers' interactive consciousness with the method of interview, and puts forward some reasonable and effective teaching suggestions. The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of this paper.
