【摘要】:語言反映世界觀,不同的語言則可以反映不同民族的世界觀。語言是人思維方式的體現(xiàn),而食物是人類最基本的物質(zhì)需求,人類最初對食物的表達(dá)和描述是我們對世界最為淳樸和直接的認(rèn)知。本文以漢英食物類詞匯的對比為切入點,從構(gòu)詞方式、詞集特點、命名方式等方面探討漢英食物類詞匯中存在的差異,進(jìn)而概括總結(jié)出漢英不同民族間的思維差異,從而為跨文化交際、漢語學(xué)習(xí)提供一定的借鑒和參考。由于食物類詞匯數(shù)量龐大,筆者將研究范圍限定于《現(xiàn)代漢語詞典》(第七版)。筆者先將其中的漢語食物類詞匯摘出,后參考《現(xiàn)代漢語詞典(漢英雙語)》(2002年增補本)、《漢英大詞典》(第三版),并輔助以有道詞典進(jìn)行對照,摘選出對應(yīng)的英語食物類詞。在此基礎(chǔ)上對比漢英食物類詞匯的異同,并將其與漢英思維方式上的異同相關(guān)聯(lián),進(jìn)而解釋一定的文化現(xiàn)象。本文主要采用對比研究法,從構(gòu)詞對比、詞集特點對比、命名方式對比、認(rèn)知對比等多方面進(jìn)行探究,希望通過對比,探討漢英兩種語言在食物類詞匯上的差異,進(jìn)而探討兩者之間在思維方式和文化上的差異。本論文第一章為緒論,主要闡述該論文的研究對象、研究目的、研究意義、研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究方法。并對后文涉及的相關(guān)詞匯作出說明。第二章至第四章為論文的主體部分,分別從構(gòu)詞法、詞集特點、命名方式三方面對漢英食物類詞匯進(jìn)行對比分析。最后將相應(yīng)的食物類詞匯特點與文化相關(guān)聯(lián),希望能夠為跨文化交際和漢語學(xué)習(xí)提供一定的補充。本論文第五章為結(jié)語部分,總結(jié)上文漢英食物類詞匯的特點和差異,總結(jié)漢英民族的思維方式差異,并給出一定的跨文化交際和漢語學(xué)習(xí)建議。
[Abstract]:Language reflects the world outlook, and different languages reflect the world outlook of different peoples. Language is the embodiment of human thinking, and food is the most basic material needs of human beings. The expression and description of food at first is our most simple and direct cognition of the world. Based on the comparison of food vocabulary between Chinese and English, this paper discusses the differences in food vocabulary in Chinese and English from the aspects of word-formation, lexical features and naming methods, and sums up the differences in thinking between Chinese and English. So as to cross-cultural communication, Chinese learning to provide certain reference and reference. Due to the large number of food vocabulary, the author limits the scope of the study to the Modern Chinese Dictionary (7th edition). First, the Chinese food vocabulary was extracted and then referred to the Modern Chinese Dictionary (Chinese-English Bilingual) (2002 supplement, the third edition of the Chinese-English Dictionary), and the corresponding English food words were selected and compared with the youdao Dictionary. On this basis, the similarities and differences of Chinese and English food vocabulary are contrasted, and the similarities and differences between Chinese and English thinking modes are related to explain certain cultural phenomena. This paper mainly uses the contrastive research method, from the word formation contrast, the word set characteristic contrast, the nomenclature contrast, the cognition contrast and so on many aspects carries on the exploration, hoped through the contrast, discusses the Chinese and English two languages in the food category vocabulary difference. And then explore the difference between the two in the way of thinking and culture. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction, which mainly describes the research object, research purpose, research significance, research background, domestic and foreign research status and research methods. And the following related vocabulary is explained. The second to fourth chapters are the main part of the thesis, respectively from three aspects of word formation, the characteristics of word set, naming methods to Chinese and English food vocabulary contrastive analysis. Finally, the corresponding characteristics of food vocabulary are associated with culture, hoping to provide a certain complement for cross-cultural communication and Chinese learning. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, which summarizes the characteristics and differences of Chinese and English food vocabulary, summarizes the differences of Chinese and English thinking modes, and gives some suggestions for cross-cultural communication and Chinese learning.
