基于市場(chǎng)調(diào)查的翻譯碩士培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)文化全球化的發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)對(duì)高素質(zhì)翻譯人員的需求持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),翻譯碩士(MTI)專業(yè)學(xué)位便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。這表明教育部門關(guān)注翻譯市場(chǎng)實(shí)際需求,更加注重實(shí)踐型翻譯人才的培養(yǎng)。翻譯碩士(MTI)專業(yè)學(xué)位目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)德、智、體全面發(fā)展、能適應(yīng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化及提高國(guó)家國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的需要、適應(yīng)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)建設(shè)需要的高層次、應(yīng)用型、專業(yè)性口筆譯人才。翻譯碩士(MTI)專業(yè)學(xué)位自2007年設(shè)立至今,已有八年的時(shí)間,其課程設(shè)置、能力培養(yǎng)、CAT教學(xué)、專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)是否與市場(chǎng)需求是否合拍,培養(yǎng)出的人才是否已經(jīng)能夠滿足市場(chǎng)的需求值得深究。本研究從市場(chǎng)的視角出發(fā),以125名一線翻譯工作者為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,通過SPSS19.0和Excel2007的數(shù)據(jù)分析,找出市場(chǎng)的真正需求,通過調(diào)查濟(jì)南市開設(shè)MTI課程的四所高校在課程設(shè)置、能力培養(yǎng)、CAT教學(xué)、專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)方面的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)仍然有待改進(jìn)的地方。基于此,筆者提出了改進(jìn)翻譯碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)的策略,如在原有的基礎(chǔ)上加強(qiáng)跨專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)、吸收有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)秀譯員作為講師授課、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的動(dòng)手實(shí)踐能力和提高翻譯的能力等等。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic and cultural globalization, the market demand for high-quality translators continues to grow, and the MTI professional degree emerges as the times require. This shows that the educational departments pay more attention to the practical translation talents training and pay more attention to the actual needs of the translation market. The goal of MTI is to develop moral, intellectual and physical development in an all-round way, to adapt to the needs of global economic integration and to improve the international competitiveness of the country, and to meet the needs of national economic, cultural and social construction at a high level and in an applied manner. Professional interpreters and translators. It has been eight years since the establishment of the MTI professional degree in 2007. Its curriculum, ability development and cat teaching, professional practice and market demand are in line with each other. Whether the talents that have been trained can meet the needs of the market is worthy of further study. In this study, 125 front-line translators were investigated from the perspective of market. Through the data analysis of SPSS19.0 and Excel2007, the real needs of the market were found out. Through the investigation of the present situation of the four universities offering MTI courses in Jinan in the aspects of curriculum setting, ability training, cat teaching and professional practice, it is found that there is still room for improvement. Based on this, the author puts forward some strategies to improve the training of graduate students in translation master's degree, such as strengthening the knowledge of cross-professional fields on the basis of the original knowledge, and absorbing excellent interpreters with working experience as lecturers to teach. Cultivate students' practical ability and improve the ability of translation and so on.
