【摘要】：本文對(duì)全國(guó)方言建檔工作特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了梳理,基于其中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和存在的法律制度建設(shè)不完善、數(shù)字化方言檔案質(zhì)量有待提高、沒有聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方言分區(qū)、方言建檔成果不夠完整、開發(fā)利用方式單一等問題,在基礎(chǔ)層、制作層、資源層、利用層分別提出了夯實(shí)方言建檔工作基礎(chǔ)、充分利用數(shù)字技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方言建檔方式、建立方言分級(jí)管理上下聯(lián)動(dòng)的方言檔案數(shù)據(jù)庫體系、依托數(shù)字技術(shù)和新型社交媒體創(chuàng)新方言檔案利用方式等措施。
[Abstract]:This paper combs the characteristics of the national dialect archiving work, based on the experience and the existing legal system construction is not perfect, the digital dialect file quality needs to be improved, there is no connection with the actual dialect division, the results of dialect archiving are not complete. In the basic layer, the production layer, the resource layer, and the utilization layer, the author has put forward separately ramming the working foundation of the dialect archiving, making full use of the digital technology and innovating the dialect archiving mode. To establish the dialect archives database system which is based on the hierarchical management of dialects, and to innovate the usage of dialect archives based on digital technology and new social media.
