【摘要】：正運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言和文字進(jìn)行公共說(shuō)理,是實(shí)踐"協(xié)商民主"、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的必要條件,也是公民素質(zhì)教育的必要組成部分。但從我國(guó)歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)看,公共說(shuō)理的重要性、特點(diǎn)和素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),都未引起足夠重視,這制約了針對(duì)當(dāng)下公共議題的理性討論和不同人群間的相互理解。筆者將結(jié)合自身社會(huì)觀察和教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),剖析上述問(wèn)題并給
[Abstract]:The use of language and writing for public reasoning is not only a necessary condition for the practice of "consultative democracy" and the construction of a harmonious society, but also an essential part of the quality education of citizens. But from the historical and practical point of view of our country, public reasoning is of great importance. Neither the characteristics nor the quality training has attracted enough attention, which restricts the rational discussion of the current public issues and the mutual understanding among the different groups. The author will analyze the above problems and give them to the public by combining his own social observation and teaching experience.
