【摘要】：本文是一篇關(guān)于重慶市公共服務(wù)口譯市場(chǎng)的調(diào)查報(bào)告,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和針對(duì)性采訪兩種調(diào)查方式了解重慶公共服務(wù)口譯市場(chǎng)的基本情況。調(diào)查對(duì)象包括:在渝外籍人士、職業(yè)譯員、公共服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)涉外工作人員。報(bào)告主要包括兩部分調(diào)查。第一部分采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的形式:針對(duì)在渝外籍人士,了解其基本情況和在渝語(yǔ)言障礙問(wèn)題,了解其對(duì)于公共服務(wù)口譯的態(tài)度和接受程度,以及其如何獲取公共服務(wù)口譯的途徑。第二部分則利用針對(duì)采訪的形式:對(duì)在職口譯譯員和公共服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)涉外工作人員進(jìn)行采訪。通過(guò)采訪職業(yè)譯員,了解譯員對(duì)自身實(shí)力、職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、以及市場(chǎng)定價(jià)的情況;通過(guò)采訪公共服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)涉外工作人員,了解公共服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)處理外事的效率、態(tài)度及弊端,了解其對(duì)公共服務(wù)口譯的理解和接受程度,以及其如何獲取公共服務(wù)口譯的途徑。該文將通過(guò)問(wèn)卷及采訪,進(jìn)行總結(jié),歸納出重慶市公共服務(wù)口譯的整體市場(chǎng)供需情況。并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者的意見和經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)未來(lái)重慶公共服務(wù)口譯的立法保護(hù)、職業(yè)地位、技能培訓(xùn)、資格認(rèn)證等方面提出一些嘗試性的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper is a survey report on the public service interpretation market in Chongqing. The basic situation of the public service interpretation market in Chongqing is understood by means of questionnaires and targeted interviews. The survey subjects include: foreigners in Chongqing. The report mainly consists of two parts of investigation. The first part is in the form of questionnaire: for foreigners in Chongqing, understand their basic situation and language barriers in Chongqing, Aware of their attitude and acceptance of public service interpretation, The second part uses the form of interview: interview the in-service interpreters and the foreign staff of public service organizations. Through interviewing professional interpreters, we can understand the strength of interpreters. Career development planning and market pricing; understanding of the efficiency, attitudes and drawbacks of public service agencies dealing with foreign affairs, and their understanding and acceptance of public service interpreters, through interviews with foreign staff of public service agencies, This paper summarizes the supply and demand of public service interpretation in Chongqing through questionnaires and interviews, and combines the opinions and experiences of experts and scholars at home and abroad. This paper puts forward some tentative suggestions on the legislative protection, professional status, skill training and qualification certification of public service interpreters in Chongqing in the future.
