【摘要】：自古以來,新疆居住的漢民族和維吾爾族就有著密切交流,并且漢民族豐富的飲食文化也日益成為結(jié)合兩個(gè)民族間的交流紐帶。筆者收集了《秦腔》中出現(xiàn)的各類飲食名稱詞,并對(duì)這些飲食詞進(jìn)行了分類和歸納,結(jié)合自身在翻譯該部著作部分章節(jié)的實(shí)踐,說明這些飲食名稱詞可通過音譯、直譯和意譯等翻譯方法進(jìn)行翻譯,進(jìn)而從“歸化”、“異化”翻譯策略角度,對(duì)筆者所譯《秦腔》中的飲食名稱詞進(jìn)行解釋探討,總結(jié)翻譯優(yōu)劣。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, the Han and Uygur ethnic groups living in Xinjiang have had close exchanges, and the rich diet culture of the Han nationality has increasingly become a link of communication between the two nationalities. By classifying and summarizing these words, combining with their own practice in translating some chapters of the ministry's works, it is shown that these words can be translated by transliteration, literal translation and free translation. From the perspective of translation strategies of "domestication" and "alienation", the author interprets and discusses the terms of diet names in the translation of Qincai, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of translation.
