【摘要】：中國文化源遠(yuǎn)流長,濟(jì)南作為一座文化古城,文化氣息濃郁深厚,飲食文化因其與生活息息相關(guān)而倍受青睞,得到了長足發(fā)展。而餐飲店名稱作為一種活語言,是飲食語言研究的一支,也是飲食文化得以傳承的重要載體。因而,對餐飲店名稱的語言學(xué)研究具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。本文主要以濟(jì)南的餐飲店名為研究對象,應(yīng)用修辭學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,探討濟(jì)南餐飲店名稱的狀況,分析其修辭現(xiàn)象,以便了解其語言特點(diǎn)和具體應(yīng)用,增加對飲食語言和歷史文化、地域文化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化、外來文化等關(guān)系的認(rèn)識(shí)。同時(shí),可以豐富漢語詞匯學(xué)的研究對象,為當(dāng)代語言學(xué)的進(jìn)一步研究提供相關(guān)參考資料。另外,通過提倡規(guī)范漢字,對不規(guī)范店名提出整改意見,以促進(jìn)店名語言文字更加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范化,這對于更好地宣傳濟(jì)南,弘揚(yáng)泉城文化,起到推動(dòng)作用。論文分為五個(gè)部分：第一章緒論部分。簡要介紹了選題緣由、研究意義,和學(xué)術(shù)界在該領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀,并簡要說明了本文的語料收集和研究方法。第二章濟(jì)南餐飲店店名概況。主要研究了濟(jì)南餐飲店店名所涵蓋的以八大菜系為代表的飲食特色,濟(jì)南餐飲店名的組合元素和組合結(jié)構(gòu),并對其店名進(jìn)行了語音、文字、語法、詞匯和語義等方面的修辭分析。第三章濟(jì)南餐飲店名稱的辭格運(yùn)用。本章主要從比喻、比擬、借代、夸張、雙關(guān)、引用、仿詞、反語、設(shè)問、對比、反復(fù)、通感等方面介紹了濟(jì)南餐飲店店名的辭格運(yùn)用,分析了辭格在店名命名中的積極修辭功能。第四章店名折射出的語言文化信息。本章主要分析了店名所反映的傳統(tǒng)文化、時(shí)代文化、地域文化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化、外來文化、姓氏文化等方面的信息。第五章餐飲店店名存在的問題與規(guī)范化。本章主要從店名用字、語音、仿詞、語義等方面對店名存在的問題及其原因進(jìn)行了分析,并進(jìn)一步提出餐飲名稱的規(guī)范化。最后是結(jié)語,主要是對本文的概括總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:China culture has a long history, Ji'nan is a cultural city, rich cultural atmosphere rich food culture because it is closely related to daily life and popular, has made considerable progress. The restaurant name as a living language, is a diet of language studies, is also the most important carrier of diet culture can be. So it has important the theoretical and practical significance to the study of linguistics. This paper mainly name restaurants catering to the name of Ji'nan as the research object, by applying the related theories of rhetoric, the name of the Ji'nan food store, analysis of the rhetoric phenomenon, in order to understand the language features and specific applications, added to the diet of language and history and culture, regional culture, network understanding of the relationship between culture and foreign culture. At the same time, can enrich the Chinese lexicology research object, provide reference for the further study of modern linguistics Material. In addition, through the promotion of non-standard specification Chinese characters, the name rectification, to promote the name of language more standard and standardization, for the better promotion of Ji'nan, promote the city culture, play a role in promoting. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction part. It briefly introduces the research background, research significance the status quo, research in this field and academic circles, and a brief description of the data collection and research methods of this article. The second chapter of Ji'nan restaurant name. Mainly on the Ji'nan restaurant name covered with eight cuisine as the representative of the diet characteristics, combination of elements and structure of Ji'nan restaurant name, and the name of the voice, text, grammar analysis, lexical and semantic aspects of rhetoric. Rhetoric of the third chapter of Ji'nan restaurant name. This chapter mainly from the metaphor, analogy, metonymy, exaggeration, pun, references, imitation words, Irony, questioning, comparison, repeated use of figures of speech, the name of the restaurant of Ji'nan, analyzes the rhetoric of synaesthesia, in naming the positive rhetoric function. The fourth chapter name reflects the language and culture of information. This chapter mainly analyzes the name reflects the traditional culture, contemporary culture, regional culture, network culture. The name of foreign culture, culture and other aspects of the information. The fifth chapter is the problem with the restaurant name standardization. This chapter mainly from the name words, pronunciation, semantic aspects of imitation words, and the reasons for its existing problems are analyzed, and further proposes the catering name standardization. The last part is the conclusion, mainly the summary of this paper.
