【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)研究近年來成為學(xué)者廣泛關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn),如何采取合適的戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)決策邏輯以創(chuàng)造和獲取價值是企業(yè)生存與成長所面臨的重要課題。戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)的核心思想體現(xiàn)為同時尋求機(jī)會和競爭優(yōu)勢,其行為反映為企業(yè)機(jī)會識別和資源整合的互動。針對戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)決策的特點(diǎn),本文從手段導(dǎo)向理論入手分析目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向和手段導(dǎo)向這兩類戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)決策邏輯的特征及關(guān)系,并構(gòu)建研究框架以探索戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)決策邏輯類型、戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)行為與企業(yè)績效間關(guān)系。最后,針對未來研究方向提出展望。本研究有助于拓展戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)研究,推動手段導(dǎo)向理論發(fā)展,并為企業(yè)持續(xù)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)以提升績效提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research of strategic entrepreneurship has become a hot topic that scholars pay more and more attention to. How to adopt appropriate strategic entrepreneurial decision logic in order to create and obtain value is an important issue for enterprises to survive and grow. The core idea of strategic entrepreneurship is to seek opportunities and competitive advantages at the same time. According to the characteristics of strategic entrepreneurial decision, this paper analyzes the characteristics and relations of the two kinds of strategic entrepreneurial decision logic from the means oriented theory. The research framework is constructed to explore the logical types of strategic entrepreneurial decision, the relationship between strategic entrepreneurial behavior and enterprise performance. Finally, the future research direction is prospected. This study is helpful to expand the strategic entrepreneurship research. Promote the development of means-oriented theory, and provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to continue strategic entrepreneurship in order to improve performance.
