【摘要】：在翻譯研究先后聚焦語(yǔ)文學(xué)、語(yǔ)言學(xué)和文化研究等領(lǐng)域之后,有西方學(xué)者提出翻譯研究回歸到了倫理問(wèn)題上。翻譯作為一項(xiàng)多方參與的活動(dòng),必定涉及道德判斷與選擇,也就是說(shuō)翻譯必定涉及倫理問(wèn)題。 翻譯家Antoine Berman, Lawrence Venuti和Anthony Pym等都做了相關(guān)的翻譯倫理研究,但Andrew Chesterman對(duì)翻譯倫理五種模式的闡述被認(rèn)為是具有代表性的。他分五種模式闡述了翻譯倫理問(wèn)題,即再現(xiàn)倫理——準(zhǔn)確再現(xiàn)原文文本、原文作者；服務(wù)倫理——完成與委托人協(xié)商后達(dá)成的要求；交際倫理——與“他者”進(jìn)行交流；基于規(guī)范倫理——滿足特定的文化期待；以及Chesterman后來(lái)加上的第五種倫理：承諾倫理——履行職業(yè)道德的規(guī)范和誓言。他的闡述綜合了很多既有翻譯倫理觀,為研究各種翻譯思想及翻譯實(shí)踐提供了多維視角,本文將運(yùn)用他的倫理模式分類分析譯者的倫理差異。 因?yàn)樽g者翻譯倫理觀直接影響著譯者在翻譯過(guò)程中做出的選擇,所以譯者翻譯倫理的差異導(dǎo)致譯本的千差萬(wàn)別。本文選擇兩位著名翻譯家朱生豪和梁實(shí)秋翻譯的《羅密歐與朱麗葉》進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,從翻譯倫理模式角度分析譯本,弄清他們是如何遵循翻譯倫理,找出各自翻譯倫理上的差異,并分析這些差異是如何影響他們的翻譯的。
