中華民族的古典文學體裁多樣,唐詩、宋詞、元曲等,無一不吸引著中外廣大學者的目光。其中,宋詞以其豐富的意象和耐人尋味的意境更是成為了中國古典文學中的瑰寶。國內(nèi)許多學者已從文化角度或是語言角度對宋詞進行過翻譯。但是較少有人涉及到翻譯過程中意象的傳遞及情感意象所表達出的情感。本文立足于帕爾默文化語言學,結(jié)合宋詞英譯中的情感意象進行了研究。帕爾默文化語言學將博厄斯語言學、人類文化語義學和人類語言文化學與認知語言學相結(jié)合,并將意象作為此理論研究的重點。意象不僅包括視覺意象,還包括其他感官所獲得的意象,以及經(jīng)過思維加工后的意象。意象、語言、文化三者構(gòu)成一體。文化通過語言、意象表達內(nèi)涵;文化對語言、意象起決定作用。同時,語言也通過意象來反映文化。意象、語言、文化不可分割,同時構(gòu)成了帕爾默文化語言學研究的核心。凝結(jié)于宋詞中的情感,通過意象得到表達。情感共分為四類:愛自己,愛母親,愛兄弟姐妹,愛異性以及愛其他人,并由此四類基本情感擴充出其他種種情感。情感意象通過思維的認知過程將作者賦予宋詞的情感傳遞到目的語讀者腦中,使得宋詞這一文學形式受到國內(nèi)外許多學者的重視。本文通過使用帕爾默文化語言學理論,分析宋詞...
