論比較文學(xué)研究中翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆

【摘要】: 翻譯研究在當(dāng)代比較文學(xué)研究中正呈現(xiàn)方興未艾之勢(shì)。由于翻譯研究的跨文化性質(zhì),它已經(jīng)成為比較文學(xué)學(xué)科當(dāng)前最熱門的研究領(lǐng)域之一,并形成了比較文學(xué)中一個(gè)自成體系的分支“譯介學(xué)”。如果說(shuō)比較文學(xué)是當(dāng)代國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的一門顯學(xué),那么,翻譯研究就是這門“顯學(xué)”中的顯學(xué)。 翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆更是比較文學(xué)中一個(gè)具有獨(dú)特研究?jī)r(jià)值的課題。因?yàn)椋诜g的創(chuàng)造性叛逆中,來(lái)自不同文化背景的文學(xué)發(fā)生碰撞、改鑄,變形等現(xiàn)象表現(xiàn)得特別集中,也特別鮮明。從研究翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆入手,最能夠深入到從比較文化的角度研究翻譯和進(jìn)行比較文學(xué)研究的新層面。創(chuàng)造性叛逆發(fā)生的原因在于異質(zhì)文化的差異性,其最根本的特點(diǎn)是把原作引入了一個(gè)原作者沒(méi)有預(yù)料到的接受環(huán)境,并且改變了原作者最初賦予作品的樣式。在比較文學(xué)視野中,翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆實(shí)質(zhì)上是一種文化現(xiàn)象。 本文集中討論了翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆的表現(xiàn)及其發(fā)生的原因。通過(guò)分析翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆的典型表現(xiàn),闡明其文學(xué)和文化研究?jī)r(jià)值,進(jìn)而從異質(zhì)文化的差異性和主體文化環(huán)境對(duì)翻譯活動(dòng)的制約兩個(gè)方面揭示其發(fā)生的原因。力求在比較文學(xué)研究發(fā)生文化轉(zhuǎn)向的背景下,把對(duì)翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆的研究作為比較文學(xué)研究深入到文化層面的一個(gè)切入點(diǎn),揭示其獨(dú)特的文化研究?jī)r(jià)值。 本文分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分論述了翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆的定義、特點(diǎn)、意義及其典型表現(xiàn),闡明其在文學(xué)接受與傳播過(guò)程中的作用,揭示翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆的文學(xué)和文化研究?jī)r(jià)值。第二部分主要從異質(zhì)文化的差異性上探究創(chuàng)造性叛逆發(fā)生的原因,指出翻譯所必然遭遇到的文化上的差異和語(yǔ)言轉(zhuǎn)換過(guò)程中表述上的困境,決定了其必然是一種跨文化的創(chuàng)造性叛逆。一方面,創(chuàng)造性叛逆可以帶來(lái)譯本的增值;同時(shí),讀者反應(yīng)是譯本增值的決定性因素。另一方面,創(chuàng)造性叛逆又可能導(dǎo)致原作文化信息的失落,這種失落往往是文化性質(zhì)的,具有重要的文學(xué)和文化研究?jī)r(jià)值。第三部分主要從主體文化環(huán)境對(duì)翻譯活動(dòng)的規(guī)范和制約上探究創(chuàng)造性叛逆發(fā)生的原因,重點(diǎn)探討在翻譯史上的不同時(shí)期,中國(guó)主體文化如何有選 擇地把外來(lái)文化納人自己的發(fā)展軌道。指出,只有自覺(jué)接受主體文化的規(guī)范并適 應(yīng)了主體文化環(huán)境的譯本,,才會(huì)產(chǎn)生持久而深遠(yuǎn)的影響;經(jīng)過(guò)了中國(guó)文學(xué)傳統(tǒng)的 文體形式和語(yǔ)言形式改造以后的翻譯文學(xué),反而能夠順利地融人中國(guó)文學(xué),成為 中國(guó)文學(xué)有機(jī)的組成部分。 結(jié)語(yǔ)部分旨在從對(duì)翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆的研究中尋找啟悟,進(jìn)一步挖掘其作為 文學(xué)研究和文化研究的價(jià)值。指出這種研究有助于我們從比較文化的角度,深人 探討異質(zhì)文學(xué)之間接受并產(chǎn)生影響的方式和限度。中國(guó)的文學(xué)翻譯要發(fā)揮傳統(tǒng)文 學(xué)的優(yōu)勢(shì),善于將外來(lái)文化因素納人自己的發(fā)展軌道,使之成為中國(guó)文學(xué)和文化 可資借鑒和利用的基本資源。在這方面,翻譯的創(chuàng)造性叛逆不失為一種有效的宏 觀文化策略。在中外文化交流和文學(xué)傳播、接受的過(guò)程中,確立一種自信的文化 心態(tài)和文學(xué)接受觀念十分重要。只有根據(jù)中國(guó)社會(huì)自身特點(diǎn)和文學(xué)發(fā)展的需要譯 介外國(guó)文學(xué),努力探索中外文化在文學(xué)領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)化結(jié)合點(diǎn)和建設(shè)性的融合方式, 才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)二者的優(yōu)化結(jié)合,避免中外文化可能發(fā)生的劣化結(jié)合,從而更好地促 進(jìn)中外文化的對(duì)話、溝通與交流,并使我們自己在這一過(guò)程中獲得更為豐富和強(qiáng) 大的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The study of translation is in the trend of the development of the contemporary comparative literature.
