【摘要】：學(xué)科建設(shè)是高等院校的重中之重工作,它對(duì)學(xué)校的發(fā)展和定位往往起著引領(lǐng)的作用。本文從管理的角度并結(jié)合學(xué)校的實(shí)際和特點(diǎn),對(duì)學(xué)科建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵作了一些基本的闡釋,以期厘清我們?cè)诠ぷ髦杏龅降睦Щ?使得學(xué)科建設(shè)在管理這個(gè)層面上能夠更加規(guī)范有序的開展。
[Abstract]:Subject construction is the most important work in Colleges and universities. It plays a leading role in the development and orientation of the school. This paper makes some basic explanations to the connotation of the discipline construction from the angle of management and combining the reality and characteristics of the school, in order to clarify the confusion we have encountered in the work and make the discipline construction in the management of this layer. The surface can be more standardized and orderly.
