【摘要】：《紅樓夢(mèng)》是中國(guó)古典文學(xué)中最優(yōu)秀的作品之一,堪稱中國(guó)古代小說中最偉大的現(xiàn)實(shí)主義的長(zhǎng)篇敘事作品。《紅樓夢(mèng)》不僅有深刻的思想價(jià)值,而且具有卓越的藝術(shù)成就,其語言也達(dá)到了中國(guó)古典小說的高峰,不僅對(duì)中國(guó)文學(xué)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,而且也對(duì)世界文學(xué)有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響。《紅樓夢(mèng)》從成熟到現(xiàn)在已有二百余年的歷史,其間曾數(shù)次被譯成外國(guó)文字。在目前十余種外文譯本中,有兩種譯本影響較大:一種是The Dream of Red Mansion,由楊憲益,戴乃迭夫婦翻譯;另一種是The Story of the Stone, 由戴衛(wèi).霍克斯和約翰.敏福德合譯。關(guān)于這兩個(gè)版本孰優(yōu)孰劣,很多人進(jìn)行了討論�，F(xiàn)在一般的觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為楊譯的版本更加忠實(shí)原文,而戴衛(wèi)的版本則閱讀起來更加通順。 但是長(zhǎng)期以來,對(duì)于《紅樓夢(mèng)》兩個(gè)版本的比較一直是用定性的方法,即對(duì)兩個(gè)譯本中的詞匯,句子或是段落進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,以比較兩個(gè)譯本的差異。在本文中,作者嘗試新的研究方法,從數(shù)量的角度入手對(duì)《紅樓夢(mèng)》的兩個(gè)譯本進(jìn)行了語言風(fēng)格上的比較。作者選定一本內(nèi)容相似的英語小說《名利場(chǎng)》作為參照對(duì)象,結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)語言學(xué)和預(yù)料庫(kù)語言學(xué)的知識(shí),獲得兩個(gè)譯本的語言參數(shù)和參照小說的語言參數(shù)。作者通過對(duì)兩組語言參數(shù)的比較分析,得出結(jié)論:兩本小說在語言風(fēng)格上誰更接近母語。 作者通過這種研究分析的嘗試,旨在為翻譯研究提供一種新的思路,為翻譯的教學(xué)提供一種新的方向,并為譯者提供一定的數(shù)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 以供他們?cè)诜g實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中參考。
[Abstract]:"A Dream of Red Mansions" is one of the best works in Chinese classical literature, and it can be regarded as the greatest realist long narrative work in ancient Chinese novels. "A Dream of Red Mansions" not only has profound ideological value, but also has outstanding artistic achievements. His language has reached the peak of Chinese classical novels, which not only has a profound influence on Chinese literature, but also has a profound influence on world literature. The Dream of Red Mansions has a history of more than 200 years from maturity to now. During this period, it was translated into foreign languages several times. At present, two of the more than ten foreign versions have great influence: one is The Dream of Red Mansioning, translated by Yang Xianyi and his wife, and the other is The Story of the Stone1#. Hawks and John. Mimford. Many people have discussed the merits of the two versions. The general view now is that Yang's version is more faithful to the original version, while Dai Wei's version is easier to read. However, for a long time, the comparison of the two versions of A Dream of Red Mansions has been carried out by a qualitative method, that is, a comparative analysis of the words, sentences or paragraphs in the two versions in order to compare the differences between the two versions. In this paper, the author tries a new research method and compares the two versions of A Dream of Red Mansions from the perspective of quantity. The author chooses Vanity Fair, an English novel with similar contents, as a reference, and combines the knowledge of computer linguistics and expected library linguistics to obtain the linguistic parameters of the two versions and the linguistic parameters of the reference novels. Through the comparative analysis of the two groups of language parameters, the author draws a conclusion: who is closer to the mother tongue in the language style of the two novels. Through this attempt, the author aims to provide a new way of thinking for translation studies, a new direction for translation teaching and a certain number of standards for translators to refer to in translation practice.
