【摘要】：文章分析藝術(shù)和信息的概念,從哲學(xué)層次、學(xué)科層次、生活層次討論了藝術(shù)與信息的關(guān)系。認(rèn)為藝術(shù)離不開信息,藝術(shù)行為過程中所反映、傳遞和被理解的信息,以及與藝術(shù)行為或藝術(shù)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的信息即藝術(shù)信息。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出“藝術(shù)信息資源”的概念:經(jīng)過人類組織、加工,可以存取并能夠滿足人類需求的各種藝術(shù)信息的集合。藝術(shù)信息資源作為信息資源的一個(gè)子集,應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)它的可共享性,以突出信息資源區(qū)別于物質(zhì)資源的這一最重要特征。 藝術(shù)信息資源共享在學(xué)術(shù)研究范疇具有的意義:全面?zhèn)鞒兴囆g(shù)價(jià)值、深入領(lǐng)悟藝術(shù)內(nèi)容和真正實(shí)現(xiàn)藝術(shù)功能;在我國的藝術(shù)事業(yè)建設(shè)范疇具有的意義:是貫徹“三個(gè)代表”重要思想的重要體現(xiàn),是科技創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在要求,將改變我國藝術(shù)事業(yè)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,能很好地保存民族藝術(shù)珍品。 文章以藝術(shù)類高校的藝術(shù)信息資源共享為例,分析了藝術(shù)信息資源的原則、模式、程序和步驟。以網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境為背景,提出實(shí)現(xiàn)藝術(shù)信息資源共享的要求:立足網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,合理配置網(wǎng)絡(luò)藝術(shù)信息資源,建立扁平化結(jié)構(gòu)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)藝術(shù)信息資源保障體系,加強(qiáng)特色網(wǎng)絡(luò)藝術(shù)信息資源的建設(shè),加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控,搞好組織協(xié)調(diào),加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)藝術(shù)信息的組織開發(fā),強(qiáng)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)藝術(shù)信息咨詢服務(wù),提高對藝術(shù)信息資源共享網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)要求。此外,文章認(rèn)為實(shí)現(xiàn)藝術(shù)信息資源共享過程中應(yīng)注意信息安全、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、人才培養(yǎng)、資金投入等問題。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the concepts of art and information, and discusses the relationship between art and information from the philosophical level, subject level and life level.The author holds that art can not be separated from information, the information reflected, transmitted and understood in the process of art act, and the information related to art act or art product, that is art information.On this basis, the concept of "art information resource" is put forward: the collection of various artistic information which can be accessed and satisfied by human organization and processing.As a subset of information resources, art information resources should be emphasized on their shareability, so as to highlight the most important feature of the difference between information resources and material resources.The significance of art information resource sharing in academic research is: inheriting art value comprehensively, deeply understanding art content and realizing art function;It is the important embodiment of carrying out the important thought of "three represents" and the inherent requirement of scientific and technological innovation. It will change the present situation of art construction in our country and can preserve the national art treasures very well.Taking the sharing of art information resources in art colleges and universities as an example, this paper analyzes the principles, models, procedures and steps of art information resources.Taking the network environment as the background, the paper puts forward the requirements of realizing the sharing of art information resources: based on the network environment, the reasonable allocation of network art information resources and the establishment of flat structure of the network art information resources security system.In addition, the paper points out that attention should be paid to the problems of information security, intellectual property rights, standardization, talent training and capital investment in the process of realizing the sharing of art information resources.
