【摘要】：正在美國(guó),涉及藝術(shù)品評(píng)估的協(xié)會(huì)有美同評(píng)估師協(xié)會(huì)(Appraisers Association of America)、美同社會(huì)評(píng)估師協(xié)會(huì)(American Society of Apprai sers)、國(guó)際評(píng)估師協(xié)會(huì)(International Society of Appraisers)等.協(xié)會(huì)對(duì)評(píng)估師有嚴(yán)格的素質(zhì)要求,評(píng)估過(guò)程及評(píng)估報(bào)告的撰寫(xiě)必須遵守估價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)會(huì)(Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice,以下簡(jiǎn)稱USPAP)的規(guī)定.通過(guò)大量的調(diào)研、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)臄?shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)汁從而判斷出藝術(shù)品真正的價(jià)值,評(píng)估報(bào)告是能夠評(píng)價(jià)藝術(shù)品價(jià)值的依據(jù),是節(jié)術(shù)品市場(chǎng)健康、有序發(fā)展的重要保障
[Abstract]:In the United States, involving art Evaluation Association American Evaluation Association (Appraisers Association of America), American Society Evaluation Association (American Society of Apprai SERS), the international society of Appraisers (International Society of Appraisers).
