【摘要】：正在美國,涉及藝術(shù)品評估的協(xié)會有美同評估師協(xié)會(Appraisers Association of America)、美同社會評估師協(xié)會(American Society of Apprai sers)、國際評估師協(xié)會(International Society of Appraisers)等.協(xié)會對評估師有嚴(yán)格的素質(zhì)要求,評估過程及評估報告的撰寫必須遵守估價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)會(Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice,以下簡稱USPAP)的規(guī)定.通過大量的調(diào)研、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)臄?shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)汁從而判斷出藝術(shù)品真正的價值,評估報告是能夠評價藝術(shù)品價值的依據(jù),是節(jié)術(shù)品市場健康、有序發(fā)展的重要保障
[Abstract]:In the United States, involving art Evaluation Association American Evaluation Association (Appraisers Association of America), American Society Evaluation Association (American Society of Apprai SERS), the international society of Appraisers (International Society of Appraisers).
