【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會需要的是綜合素質(zhì)高的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)人,作為高職院校不但要重專業(yè)、重技能,更要重素質(zhì)、重育人。加強以文學(xué)為載體的人文教育可以全面提高高職院校教育質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的文化素質(zhì)和健全人格,掌握職業(yè)技能,達(dá)到提升人性與人力的相互統(tǒng)一。同時也會更好地推動職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,為企業(yè)輸送大批的有文化素質(zhì)和專業(yè)素質(zhì)的綜合性人才,保證學(xué)生的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The present society needs a modern professional with high comprehensive quality . As a higher vocational college , not only the professional and heavy skills , but also the quality and the weight of the higher vocational colleges should be emphasized . The strengthening of the humanities education with the literature as the carrier can comprehensively improve the quality of the education of the higher vocational college , cultivate the students ' good cultural quality and strengthen the whole personality , master the professional skills , and promote the development of vocational education , and provide the enterprises with a large number of comprehensive talents with cultural quality and professional quality , and guarantee the sustainable development of students .
