【摘要】：順應論認為語言使用的過程是在有意識的程度下為順應交際需要而不斷做出選擇的過程。翻譯作為一種跨文化交際活動，是語言使用的一種特殊形式，是一個譯者根據(jù)翻譯的目的和需要不斷進行選擇的過程，因此也應該從順應論的角度去研究。本文運用順應論，從語言順應和非語言順應來探討《阿Q正傳》英譯本的翻譯問題。 本文以《阿Q正傳》譯本及譯者不同的翻譯背景作為研究對象，然后結合譯本的翻譯順應現(xiàn)象，闡釋順應論的四個分析維度（語境關系順應、結構順應、動態(tài)順應和順應的意識程度），再對順應論與翻譯文本之間的關系及表現(xiàn)進行初步的探討。通過在翻譯中的語料和順應論相結合的運用，分析論證了選擇與順應在翻譯過程中的重要性、必要性和技巧性。通過語言和非語言兩個方面的翻譯對比給出順應論的解釋，力圖找出譯者們不同的順應策略及其順應傾向。其中語言層面主要表現(xiàn)為詞匯、句法、語義和文體特征方面，非語言層面主要表現(xiàn)為物理世界、心理世界和社會世界方面。通過分析列舉出影響譯者順應傾向的主要因素（文化差異、社會意識和翻譯意識差異），并做出詳細的分析。最后根據(jù)譯者受不同順應傾向的影響會產(chǎn)生缺譯、錯譯、誤譯等現(xiàn)象對翻譯技巧提出建議，如加注、語境擴展、釋義等。 全文主要討論了順應論在翻譯中的運用，顯示了其合理性和可操作性并同時揭示了其對文學作品翻譯的重要意義。為譯者翻譯中不同翻譯方法和策略的使用提供了解釋，，為文學作品翻譯研究提供了一種新的思路，使翻譯研究邁向更廣闊的空間。
