【摘要】：音樂學(xué)生的生涯決定有著自身的特殊性,缺乏正確的引導(dǎo)可能會導(dǎo)致他們在生涯選擇上的困惑和被動。本文從音樂學(xué)生的生涯決定的影響因素入手,分析各種因素對音樂學(xué)生在生涯決定上的影響,并提出學(xué)生、家長、老師及學(xué)校在生涯決定中的理性態(tài)度與做法,以期學(xué)生做出正確的生涯決定。
[Abstract]:Music students' career decision has its own particularity, lack of correct guidance may lead to their confusion and passivity in career choice. Starting with the influencing factors of music students' career decisions, this paper analyzes the influence of various factors on music students' career decisions, and puts forward the rational attitudes and practices of students, parents, teachers and schools in career decisions. In the hope that students make the right career decisions.
