【摘要】： 梁鏡如先生認(rèn)為:“教育思想,是在一定的哲學(xué)思想指導(dǎo)下,以教育價(jià)值觀為核心,對(duì)辦什么樣的教育和怎樣辦教育的總的看法,是對(duì)教育宏觀的理性的認(rèn)識(shí);學(xué)校的發(fā)展、教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高,都離不開科學(xué)教育思想的指導(dǎo)�！睆纳鲜兰o(jì)50年代湖湘聲樂教學(xué)的開展,到現(xiàn)在湖湘聲樂教學(xué)的成熟,先生都是領(lǐng)頭羊,勤勤懇懇耕耘、奉獻(xiàn)于這片“惟楚有才,于斯為盛”文化底蘊(yùn)深厚的土地上,因此也形成了先生“桃李不言,下自成蹊”的教育思想。先生的聲樂教育思想秉承馬克思主義教育思想的原則,強(qiáng)調(diào)批判地繼承古今中外大方之家的教育思想,堅(jiān)持提煉與升華50年如一日兢兢業(yè)業(yè)的教育實(shí)踐。這種思想是先生畢生聲樂教學(xué)實(shí)踐的結(jié)晶,具有科學(xué)性與人文性、獨(dú)創(chuàng)性與實(shí)用性。特別針對(duì)我國高等師范院校聲樂教育辦學(xué)目標(biāo)不明確、師資力量薄弱、教育效果不佳等問題的突出,先生逐一的作了研究并提出了切實(shí)可行的解決辦法,這對(duì)指導(dǎo)我國高等師范院校聲樂教學(xué)改革和一些具體問題的解決具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、個(gè)案分析法、調(diào)查研究法,通過對(duì)梁鏡如先生本人、其夫人及其學(xué)生的訪談?wù){(diào)查,資料的搜集、整理與分析,以音樂教育學(xué)、音樂美學(xué)、聲樂教育心理學(xué)、課程論、教學(xué)論等為理論依據(jù),較全面、較系統(tǒng)的分析、研究先生的聲樂教育思想的形成、內(nèi)容、特色及高師聲樂教育現(xiàn)存問題及解決。 全文分為三個(gè)部分: 第一部分:聲樂教育思想的形成。文章首先介紹了梁鏡如先生的生平及求學(xué)階段對(duì)其聲樂教育思想形成的影響,接著從國內(nèi)外的教學(xué)理論上、梁鏡如先生聲樂教育實(shí)踐的角度分析了梁鏡如先生聲樂教育思想的形成基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分:聲樂教育思想的主要內(nèi)容及特征�！耙詫W(xué)生為中心”的教育思想是梁鏡如先生聲樂教育思想的核心內(nèi)容。文章緊靠“以學(xué)生為中心”的教育思想對(duì)梁鏡如先生在50多年聲樂教育過程中所實(shí)施的道德教育、心理教育、技術(shù)教育和師資培訓(xùn)作了一個(gè)具體的分析與研究,并通過梁鏡如先生的聲樂教學(xué)實(shí)例證明了其聲樂教育思想具有科學(xué)性、人文性、獨(dú)特性和實(shí)用性的特征。 第三部分:聲樂教育思想給我國高師聲樂教育的啟示。這一部分首先通過筆者對(duì)湖南省幾所高等師范院校聲樂教師的調(diào)查對(duì)我國高等師范院校聲樂教育現(xiàn)存的一些主要問題做出分析,然后結(jié)合筆者的聲樂教學(xué)實(shí)踐,運(yùn)用先生的聲樂教育思想指導(dǎo)我國高等師范院校聲樂教育的改革,解決聲樂教學(xué)中的一些具體問題。

This kind of thought is the crystallization of his lifelong vocal music teaching practice, which is scientific and humanistic. Originality and practicability. In particular, aiming at the outstanding problems such as unclear aims of running vocal music education in normal universities, weak teachers, and poor educational effects, Mr. Zhang made a study one by one and put forward practical solutions. It is of great practical significance to guide the reform of vocal music teaching and the solution of some specific problems in normal universities. This article adopts the literature method, the case analysis method, the investigation method, through the interview investigation of Mr. Liang Jingru himself, his wife and his students, the collection, arrangement and analysis of the data, to music education, music aesthetics, The theory of vocal music education psychology, curriculum theory, teaching theory is the theoretical basis, more comprehensive and systematic analysis, study of the formation, content, characteristics and existing problems and solutions of vocal music education in teachers colleges. The full text is divided into three parts:. The first part: the formation of vocal music education thought. Firstly, the article introduces Mr. Liang Jingru's life and the influence of his studying stage on his vocal music education thought, and then from the teaching theory at home and abroad, Liang Jingru's vocal music education practice analyzes the formation basis of his vocal music education thought. The second part: the main content and characteristic of vocal music education thought. "student-centered" education thought is the core content of Liang Jingru's vocal music education thought. The moral education carried out by Mr. Mirror in the more than 50 years of vocal music education, This paper makes a concrete analysis and research on psychological education, technical education and teacher training, and proves that his vocal music education thought is scientific, humanistic, unique and practical through the example of vocal music teaching by Mr. Liang Jingru. The third part: the inspiration of vocal music education thought to the vocal music education in normal colleges and universities in our country. This part first through the investigation of vocal music teachers in several normal colleges in Hunan province, the author has made a survey on the existing vocal music education in normal colleges and universities in our country. Some of the main issues are analyzed, Then combined with the author's vocal music teaching practice, using his vocal music education ideas to guide the reform of vocal music education in normal colleges and universities in China, to solve some specific problems in vocal music teaching.
