【摘要】： 音樂(lè)課堂管理是音樂(lè)教育管理的重要組成部分,是提高音樂(lè)課堂教學(xué)效率,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性,促進(jìn)良好師生關(guān)系的重要手段。本文論述了“課堂管理”的變革、定位、功能及特性,并提出了音樂(lè)課堂管理的特殊性。筆者采用課堂教學(xué)觀察、教師訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等多種實(shí)證研究方法,從我國(guó)音樂(lè)課堂的現(xiàn)狀入手,針對(duì)其存在的問(wèn)題,研究我國(guó)音樂(lè)課堂管理諸要素,包括課堂環(huán)境管理、課堂規(guī)則管理、課堂問(wèn)題行為管理及合作學(xué)習(xí)小組的管理等與音樂(lè)特殊性的緊密結(jié)合,進(jìn)而提出可行性的管理建議,以期為廣大的音樂(lè)教育研究者和實(shí)踐工作者提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Music classroom management is an important part of music education management. It is an important way to improve the efficiency of music classroom teaching, cultivate students' learning initiative and promote good teacher-student relationship. This paper discusses the change, orientation, function and characteristics of "classroom management", and puts forward the particularity of the management of music class. The author uses the empirical research method of classroom teaching observation, teacher interviews, questionnaires etc., starting from the status quo of China's music class, according to the problems existing in the research of various elements of the music classroom management in our country, including the classroom environment management, classroom management, classroom rules problem behavior management and cooperative learning group management and special the music closely, then put forward feasible suggestions, in order to provide reference for the majority of the music education research and practice workers.
