【摘要】：正"建立中國(guó)音樂(lè)博物館:恢復(fù)中國(guó)音樂(lè)的歷史長(zhǎng)廊,收集、挖掘、搶救留存的歷代音樂(lè)作品,并付諸音響……:創(chuàng)辦中國(guó)民族音樂(lè)節(jié);建立全國(guó)性的和地區(qū)性的民族音樂(lè)研究中心;加強(qiáng)國(guó)民音樂(lè)教育,特別是中小學(xué)音樂(lè)教育中的民族音樂(lè)教育,使孩子們從小就種下熱愛(ài)民族音樂(lè)的種子……這是關(guān)系我國(guó)民族音樂(lè)事業(yè)發(fā)展的百年大計(jì),也是在我國(guó)建樹(shù)和發(fā)展民族音樂(lè)學(xué)十分重要的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)工程,我們?cè)敢鉃榇硕^
