【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)政府對(duì)文化發(fā)展、文化傳承的不斷重視,非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)在具體文化工作中占有越來(lái)越重要的地位。非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)是我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化、民俗文化、勞動(dòng)人民個(gè)人創(chuàng)造力的綜合體現(xiàn),是我國(guó)對(duì)歷史研究、社會(huì)研究、經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)研究的重要理論依據(jù)。對(duì)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)是促進(jìn)我國(guó)文化理論發(fā)展、文化經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值開發(fā)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要措施之一。所以,對(duì)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)逐漸成為我國(guó)文化發(fā)展事業(yè)的重要組成部分,也是對(duì)我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化傳承的重要方法,更是我國(guó)文化繁榮的必經(jīng)之路。紫陽(yáng)民歌是筆者家鄉(xiāng)陜西省紫陽(yáng)縣傳統(tǒng)民歌的總稱,是聲樂類非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的典型代表。紫陽(yáng)民歌于2006年第一批進(jìn)入國(guó)家非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的名單,就說(shuō)明了紫陽(yáng)民歌文化的特殊性和代表性,然而經(jīng)過(guò)了十多年的保護(hù)和傳承之后,紫陽(yáng)民歌文化仍沒有更大的影響力。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的理論研究和對(duì)紫陽(yáng)民歌目前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的實(shí)地調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)紫陽(yáng)民歌作為國(guó)家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)在具體保護(hù)中存在的問(wèn)題。主要問(wèn)題包括紫陽(yáng)民歌在的傳播范圍較窄,傳播的影響力較弱;紫陽(yáng)民歌的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值得不到重視和開發(fā),對(duì)本地旅游業(yè)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展促進(jìn)作用較小;紫陽(yáng)民歌在基層群眾的傳承顯現(xiàn)出弱化趨勢(shì),年輕人對(duì)紫陽(yáng)民歌的傳承較少。紫陽(yáng)民歌的特定傳承人急需進(jìn)行數(shù)字化保護(hù)等。結(jié)合筆者對(duì)紫陽(yáng)民歌調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的具體問(wèn)題,并依照非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的理論文獻(xiàn),對(duì)紫陽(yáng)民歌的保護(hù)和傳承提出可行性較高的建議。主要包括讓政府加大投資力度,向社會(huì)推廣紫陽(yáng)民歌;積極開發(fā)紫陽(yáng)民歌的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,增加它與旅游業(yè)的結(jié)合;積極激發(fā)民眾對(duì)紫陽(yáng)民歌的保護(hù)欲望,提升非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)在民間的影響力。
[Abstract]:With the continuous attention of the Chinese government to cultural development and cultural heritage, the protection of the intangible cultural heritage occupies a more and more important position in the specific cultural work. The intangible cultural heritage is the comprehensive embodiment of our traditional culture, folk culture and the individual creativity of the working people. It is the research of history, social research and economic construction in China. The protection of the intangible cultural heritage is one of the important measures to promote the development of Chinese cultural theory, the development of cultural and economic value and the development of the third industry. Therefore, the protection of the intangible cultural heritage has gradually become an important part of the cultural development of our country, and is also important to the heritage of our traditional culture. The Ziyang folk song is the general name of the traditional folk songs in Ziyang County, Shaanxi province of my hometown. It is the typical representative of the non material cultural heritage of the vocal music. The first batch of Ziyang folk song entered the list of national intangible cultural heritage in 2006, which shows the particularity and representativeness of the culture of the Ziyang folk song. After more than 10 years of protection and inheritance, the culture of the Ziyang folk song still has no greater influence. Through the theoretical research on the protection of the intangible cultural heritage and the field investigation of the current development of the Ziyang folk song, the author finds that the Ziyang folk song is a problem in the concrete protection of the national intangible cultural relic. The spreading range of Ziyang folk songs is narrow and its influence is weak; the economic value of Ziyang folk song is not valued and developed, and it has little effect on the development of local tourism and cultural industry; the inheritance of Ziyang folk songs in the grass-roots masses shows a weakening trend, and the young people have less inheritance of Ziyang folk songs. According to the specific problems found in the investigation of the folk songs of Ziyang, and in accordance with the theoretical literature of the protection of the intangible cultural heritage, the author puts forward a high feasibility suggestion on the protection and inheritance of the folk songs of the Ziyang, including the government to increase the investment and promote the Ziyang folk song to the society; The economic value of the Ziyang folk song increases its combination with the tourism industry, actively arousing the people's desire to protect the folk songs of Ziyang and promoting the influence of the intangible cultural heritage in the folk.
