基于“U-S”合作平臺的音樂教師教育模式探析

【摘要】:U-S(University-school)合作模式,即為大學與中小學合作的模式。目的是通過大學與中小學的合作建立起平等的合作伙伴關(guān)系,謀求雙方的共同發(fā)展。筆者認為,為中小學培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的專業(yè)化音樂教師,構(gòu)建音樂教師教育"U-S"合作模式不失為一條有效路徑。本文著重分析了教師教育"U-S"合作模式的現(xiàn)實意義,并進一步提出了音樂教師教育"U-S"合作模式的構(gòu)建策略及保障機制。
[Abstract]:U-SU University-School (U-SU-School) is the mode of cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools. The aim is to establish an equal partnership through the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools, and to seek the common development of both sides. The author thinks that it is an effective way to train high quality professional music teachers and construct the "U-S" cooperation mode of music teachers' education. This paper analyzes the practical significance of the "U-S" cooperation mode of teacher education, and further puts forward the construction strategy and guarantee mechanism of the "U-S" cooperation mode of music teacher education.
