【摘要】：世界因不同而精彩,交流因不同而必要,創(chuàng)新因交流而迸發(fā),這是文化發(fā)展的普遍規(guī)律,而異質(zhì)文化的交流必須以了解和尊重為前提,民族傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)的文化本質(zhì)決定了其在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展必然也要遵照這些文化規(guī)律來(lái)行事,了解、尊重、交流、創(chuàng)造是其在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)生存的基本邏輯。對(duì)于民族傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)文化的傳承保護(hù)和發(fā)展,必須深刻理解這一生存邏輯內(nèi)涵,并按照這一邏輯來(lái)采取合適的舉措,才能真正推動(dòng)民族傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)文化的傳承發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:It is the universal law of cultural development that the world is wonderful because it is different, the communication is necessary because of the difference, and the innovation is burst out because of the exchange, and the exchange of heterogeneous cultures must be based on understanding and respect. The cultural essence of national traditional music determines that its development in modern society must follow these cultural laws, understanding, respecting, communicating and creating are the basic logic of its survival in modern society. For the protection and development of the national traditional music culture, we must deeply understand the connotation of this survival logic and take appropriate measures according to this logic, in order to truly promote the inheritance and development of national traditional music culture.
